We have been very lenient about sending the newsletter to people who have not paid their dues. However, beginning with the next issue of the Chattter, this will not be the case. Print- ing and mailing the Chatter is the most ex- pensive activity of the society and we we must cut some of these costs. A proposal for a new dues structure will be presented at the February meeting for your consideration.
