Terms and Conditions: - Please note that all prices given are in Thai Baht, are indicative only and can change without notice. The final surgical plan and quotation will be confirmed after the face to face consultation. - Revision cases will be charged 30% extra on top of package - HIV cases will be charged 30% extra on top of package - Prices include all hospital, operating room, anaesthetists’ and doctors’ fees, a single private room, standard meals, medications and medical supplies. Generally clients will only pay an additional amount for telephone calls, additional meals and extra pre-surgery tests. - The estimated price excludes other charges not related to the procedure. - Some clients may be advised or required to complete additional pre-surgery screening, such as blood tests, exercise stress test, mammogram, etc. These extra tests are not included in the price list detailed above. - Prices of some procedures may change according to your health condition and medical history. Please notify PPSI before coming to Thailand if you have any underlying or chronic health conditions. - Thai law requires clients to be at least 20 years of age at time of surgery. Exceptions are allowed for younger clients, provided that consent is received from parents/guardians and the surgeon accepts the case based on individual requirements (such as demonstrated need for surgery, client has “developed” and growth-maturity is complete, actual age etc). - The recommended stay in Phuket after surgery is mandatory. If you choose not to stay the required amount of days, PPSI and your surgeon will not take responsibility for your recovery.
