DISCHARGE

FEVER PERSISTS DURING 3-5 DAYS

No change in patients condition

If progressive

Change AbsAdd Vanco.2nd line Abs

Add AntifungalIf febrile days 5To 7 & ANC not Increasing trend

Stop Abs 4-5 daysAfter ANC >500 OR

2 WKS if stable

Continue Treatment for 7 days
