Acting COO, Khidmah LLC Mr. Adel Kamali, a UAE National, leads the Support Services Department for

Khidmah. He leads the IT applications, office administration and HR units. Before

the formation of Khidmah, he worked for Sorouh Real Estate, P.J.S.C in a

comparable role. Adel has 22 years of experience with different Governmental,

Semi-Governmental, and private companies in the IT sector.

Before joining Sorouh, Mr. Adel worked as the Service Delivery Executive for

Inajazat Data Systems, an IT out-sourcing company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree

from Indiana State University and an Executive Master’s Degree from Zayed

University and is currently pursuing his DBA in Management from Grenoble

University.

Khidmah LLC is an Integrated Property Services organization providing Property

Management, Sales & Leasing and Facilities Management services to a wide range

of clients. Khidmah has grown from 200 to 3,000 staff within 7 years of its

establishment to be a multi award winning FM provider.
