1. Introduction The network license server allows end users to download a software license to run XCAL and XCAP. The license server hosts all network licenses for XCAL-M and XCAP-M.

1.1 Network License The network licenses are configured on the license server by the Admin. A user can download a network license on their laptop pc using the license manager.

1.1.1 Network License Admin The Network License Server Administrator (Admin) can:

Create new user accounts Modify existing accounts Add or Delete User account Create, Delete, Modify Groups

1.1.2 Network License User The Network License User is assigned a User ID and a password by the Admin. The user runs the license manager to download a license. The network license manager application is available in the helpdesk knowledgebase: http://help.usa.accuver.com/

2. License Server Access

2.1 License Server URL Open the license server URL http://sprint.accuver.com/Login/Login.asp

2.2 Admin Login Enter Admin User ID and Password and click OK on the Message from webpage

Login the license server with the following: User ID: assigned Password: assigned

Select License Key Mgt to view License Key Info Management summary of available licenses for each Seq No and Product Code including Product Name, Max Count and Now Use Count.

Select Seq No. by placing mouse cursor under License Key No or Product Code Refer to the License Key Info Management section (next).

3.1 License Key Info Management Use this section to: Register a user or multiple users, modify user, delete a user or multiple users And Send Email notifications

3.1.1 Register Key User To add a new user:

Select a License Key No, Product Code or Product Name and open the License Key Info Management window.

Click on Reg Key User

Open the Key Member Info Management window

In the Key End user Info the Admin can assign:

o User Login ID o Password o Name o E-mail o Director o Manager o Group o AMC Type No. o Key Expiry Option Selection: By no of Days/By no of Hours o License Type Check

Submit 3.1.1.1 AMC Type No. Please refer to AMC License Key Management for AMC Type and license options assignment. 3.1.1.2 License Type Check Click on License Type Check to open up the License Type Select window:

Note: the user will only be able to select the options selected on the License Type Select above on license manager. In the Key End User Info submit. Use the Reset option to restore default options.

3.1.2 Modifying and Existing User

To modify existing user: Select the user from License Key Info Management to open Key Member Info

Modify user information Select License Key Modify Click OK on the Message from webpage pop up window to confirm

3.1.3 Register Multiple Users (Bulk Register) Multiple users can be registered with Bulk Reg Key User. Select License Key Mgt->License Key Seq No.->Bulk Reg Key User

After selecting the Bulk Reg Key User button the Key Member Info Management – Bulk Add User page will appear. Select Template File to open form with examples. Select the Download from file to download the empty form.

After form is filled out use Browse to locate and then Upload CSV File Example: The following 3 users can be added: There are two existing users:

When importing csv file: A pop up - message from webpage: Check information? Submit User clicks OK then A pop up - Message from webpage: The User account is now Registered.

The License Key User List will look as follows:

If there is a middle window when importing csv file that looks as follows, that is with Users in blue then it means that they are already registered. The csv file should only Include users that have not been registered.

3.1.4 Delete a User To delete a user open License Key Mgt->License Key No->License Key Info Management:

1. Select the user to be deleted. Make sure key is restored. If key is downloaded then user cannot be deleted.

3.1.5 Delete Multiple Users (Bulk Delete) To delete multiple users open License Key Mgt->License Key No->License Key Info Management:

• Select each user to be deleted To delete all users from a License Key No: select checkbox on top of Del

3.1.6 Email notification In the License Key Info Management window select the Send Email option:

Use the Send E-Mail Notification window to send email to a registered user, group or all. 3.1.6.1 Registered User Send an email notification to a registered user or all users under the Seq. No.

3.1.6.3 All Registered Users Send an email notifications to all registered users.

3.2 License Key User List License Key User List displays license status for all users. The view can be configured in ascending/descending order and can be based on Sort Field and Key Status:

Select AMC License Key Mgt->License Key Info Management

The License Key AMC List will display: Product Code, AMC Total Use Key , AMC Currently Used Key Count, AMC Limited Date, AMC use and Function Option columns:

3.3 Group Mgt

Select Group Mgt->User Group Info Management

3.3.1 Add New Group To add new group:

• Select Group Mgt • Select add New Group to open the User Group Info Management

1. Enter Group Name and Description 2. Select Group Info Registration 3. Click OK to confirm that the entered information is correct.

• New group name will be displayed in the User Group Info Management

3.3.2 Delete New Group 1. Select Group Mgt 2. User Group Info Management ->Select Group->to delete. Example: Support 3. Select Delete Group

Prior to deleting a group all the register users must be deleted.

3.4 End user Key Status Modify List

The End user Key Status Modify List table is updated when the license options for a user are modified in the Key Member Info Management window using the License Type Check (refer to section 3.4.1)

3.4.1 Key Member Info Management The license type can be modified using the License Type Check

3.5 End User List

The End User List displays the Key Member Info Management window.

3.5.1 Key Member Info Management User information and license status is listed. Admin can search for users by name, user id, email, etc.

Select Key Use Report to generate reports for Admin based on Key status, Keyword Search, License Key No., Date

1. Select the License Statistics link to open up the SNLS tab 2. A new webpage will open up

3.7.1 License Used Statistics License Used Statistics are available for Monthly and Yearly Statistics. Monthly Statistics: Total View, Monthly View, Daily Usage.

Total View and Monthly view can be sorted based on License, Manager, Director Yearly Statistics: Total View, Yearly View
