Corporate History – Initial Setup


In 1999 Mr. Y ogesh and Mr. Rajesh Rathod started working on NetA lter.

B etween 1999 – 2003, focus on R& D leading to development of social

networking solutions such as Matrimonial Hotline / Online and Community

Hotline / Online for matchmaking and community collaboration respectively.

In 2003 a business entity, White V ision S oftware Pvt. L td. (WVS L) was established. This

firm continued with the R& D of NetA lter and existing products.

B etween 2004 and 2005, the NetA lter Patent Application is filed in India ( Application

No.: 1279/MUM/2004), in US A (App No.: 11/171520) and for 124 other countries via

PCT (Patent Application No.: PCT/IN2005/000319).


Corporate History – Consolidation


In May 2005, NetA lter S oftware Ltd (NS L) was established as a corporate entity.

In July 2005, an agreement was signed between the two entities viz. WVS L and NS L

which attributed the two companies with co-owner rights to the NetA lter patent along

with Mr. Rajesh Rathod and Mr. Y ogesh Rathod

S ame year, a separate agreement was signed between WVS L and NS L with WVS L giving

NS L exclusive marketing and development rights for the NetA lter system.



In 2003, WVS L developed many innovative software solutions for the social and

community sphere; namely, Matrimonial Hotline / Online and Community Hotline /

Online for matchmaking and community collaboration respectively.In 2004 other utility applications such as Web Manager and Email Manager were

developed by WVS L.

On 18th May 2006, NetA lter receives the Intimation Letter of Grant from the Indian

Patent Office. ( Application No.: 1279/MUM/2004)On 8th June 2006, NetA lter Patent is published by PCT (Publication No.: WO/2006/059343)On 27th July 2006, the Patent is published by US PTO (Publication No.: 20060165040)

On 4th August 2006, NetAlter S oftware Ltd selected as one of the most innovative

companies in Asia by Red Herring Magazine and short listed for the Red Herring 100

Asia 2006 awards.
