NEPL was established in 2008 & commenced production in 2008. NEPL has manufacturing area

fully operational with the latest CNC/ NC machines, with facility of powder coating.

NEPL's Partitions and Doors are matchless in their construction, having practically all components

built-in during production to suit all applications from pharmaceutical clean rooms to labs, hospitals

& other high cleanliness required facilities and other commercial & industrial applications.

All NEPL's products are manufactured under one roof and consequently all metal cutting, forming,

bending and assemblies are completed internally, So that detailed requirements of our clients can

be incorporated into a proposed design/product.

Our clean room panels build ideal clean rooms in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. They are available in unmatchable heights of up to 4 meters, so we are sure you have the right solution for your facility.

We can make and provide door systems that will fit a variety of situations. From standard 1 meter doors to specialized door systems for clean rooms, hospitals, other commercial & industrial buildings that can be made to fit a variety of sizes.

Here at NEPL, We make self load bearing ceiling panels that will suit almost any application. Depending on the application and type of building we can advise and recommend the best Load Bearing Ceiling for your Company.

We Manufacture a selection of fire rated doorsets in metal which can be configured to suit a variety of applications.

Partition Type : Clean room partition panels 80mm thick panel from 1mm Thick GPSP Zero spangle steel, with welded construction and with vertical inner inserts & floor channels.

Glazing : Flush glazed 2x6mm toughened glass with black border of 20mm all around with ceramic paint.

Core materials : Honey comb core cell size 25mm and paper weight 170mm 3GSM or Mineral fiber 146kg/m infill.

Finish : Epoxy/Pure Polyester powder coating.

Air Leakage : Silicone Joint.

Door Leaf : 44mm thick, 1mm GPSP steel sheet with Honey comb infill or Mineral Fiber infill.

Door Frame : 1.5mm thick pressed GPSP steel sheet.

Coving : PVC extruded coving for wall to wall & wall to ceiling corners.

Paint : As per RAL Standards or Client's Requirement.

It may be that your process facility needs a simple 'clean up' or a radical transformation to accommodate the stringent manufacturing and production standards dictated by the statutory authorities responsible for ensuring Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) for your particular industry. NEPL have worked alongside designers, end users and specialist contractors to ensure the most economical and practical solution is achieved to enable your business to meet the challenges of an ever changing and demanding global market place.

Fire Rated DoorsAt NEPL we manufacture fire resistant doors of superior quality. Our doors are having unique combination of integrity, stability and aesthetic value to withstand specified fire ratings. These prevent the fire to surpass and increase the safety level. These are also offered by us as per the client's requirements & specifications. We offer a range of fire retardant / proof door frames customized and accurate to customer specifications. We employ the most modern techniques, measuring and cutting equipment.

Fire doors as per BS:476 Part 22/ IS:3614 Part 2 and meeting the 1& 2 hrs. Rating for stability, and integrity criteria. The steel composite fire doors comprises of welded box section insulated frame and fully insulated shutters faced with GP sheet of 1.2 mm thickness on both sides. All steel parts are powder coated. Each fireproof door is supplied with necessary hardware.

The NEPL range of 80mm cleanroom partition systems have proven themselves INDIA in many cleanroom applications. Available in panel heights of up to 4000mm and supported by integral doorsets together with flush glazed windows, the NEPL systems present the ideal solution.

The ability to incorporate service routes within panels during manufacture saves valuable time on site and enables projects to be completed efficiently and exactly to clients performance specifications.

The NEPL walk on ceiling perfectly Completes the cleanroom partition system. Maintenance

access above the ceiling is available without the need for secondary walkways and along with the high degree of factory formed service penetrations ensure that N E P L is first choice in today's world of performance contracting.

Steel Door Systems

Standard door modules are 1000mm wide to either the standard height of 2100mm or to special design & Sizes with regard to the partition height.

Door leaves can be provided in either Powder coated G.I or Stainless Steel, 44mm thick, with vision panels in standard shape and size.

Steel door leaves are manufacture similar to solid panel elements by lock forming process incorporating insulation and acoustic / fire requirements to suit each specific application.

For COMMERCIAL, OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL BUILDING DOORS vision panels are available and can be single or double glazed, square, rectangular or round type, with a choice of beading to achieve a recessed, semi-flush or completely flush detail.

Load Bearing Ceiling

The ceiling panels are of vital importance in the integrity and performance of any cleanroom. The concept of ceilings can vary from simple suspended lay-in grid types to sophisticated 'walk on' construction and plenums.

The NEPL Walk on Ceiling is a product that offers amazing options in creating custom and system build solutions to the most intricate and complicated of enclosures for the demanding environments of the cleanroom user.

A maintenance engineer can walk on top of the ceiling to gain access to services and components without the

need to engage elaborate access equipment normally associated with more basic ceiling installations and the servicing thereof.

Panels are constructed to a standard width of 800mm, being 80mm thick and the ceiling system is supported either on the partitions or by a lattice truss system to create spans not normally associated with partitions and ceiling enclosures. The steelwork is also designed, manufactured and installed by NEPL. Structural mezzanine floor applications are also available where high load specifications are required.

Subject to specifications, each panel will hold a superimposed load of 27 kg/m² together with a point load 150 kilos.

Whilst the basic system is supported on the partitions, NEPL can also provide plank and tile alternatives designed to be suspended from a concrete or steelwork structure by a unique hanging system. In these situations the ceiling can be installed independently from the partitioning, giving greater relocatable advantages for subsequent layout changes.

Flush windows are a must in now a day's pharmaceutical industries & have their own significance in

cleanrooms. We manufacture Flush aluminum windows of extruded aluminum alloy with a nominal

wall thickness of 1.5mm and ACP sheet on the top, giving it a flush appearance. Silicone sealant is

then applied for sealing off the gaps to avoid air, water & dust to enter.

The sliding window is made up of two (or more) sashes that slide horizontally, to the left or right, on

tracks. The sliding window can be made wider and taller with the addition of sashes.

NEPL offers different ranges of sliding windows, depending on the size, wind loads, insulation and

design requirements.

Clean rooms are designed to provide this by meeting purity classes of various degrees based on

ISO and cGMP standards, as directed by the given applications

For Reference

Classes 1 and 10 (the highest specification) are generally used for integrated circuit and semi-conductor manufacture.

Class 100 (BS. 5295 equivalent classifications E and F) are often used by the electronics industry along with some applications within pharmaceutical facilities.

Classes 1,000 to 10,000 are used by manufacturers of the highest specification fibre optics, precision engineering, sterile packaging and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Class 100,000 is adequate for general component assembly and packaging.
