DIRECT TO GARMENT

PRINTER OPTIONS The NeoFlex is a three-in-one printer with the ability to transfer between textile, solvent, and edible ink printing in a matter of minutes. The versatility of the NeoFlex is unparalleled and its large 17” x 42” printing area drastically increases production speed. Due to its generous size and automated printhead, the NeoFlex will continue the printing job while the operator loads the next garment.

The NeoFlex Textile — shortened to NeoTex — is the perfect machine option for printing full color images in photorealistic quality on nearly any gar-ment. Load up to three adult sized garments at once! The NeoFlex allows the operator to print on 3 average sized light or dark garments with a single pass in full and vibrant color. The NeoTex inks are the pinnacle of digital textile printing and are able to print on a variety of textiles including 100% cotton, cotton poly blends, and cer-tain types 100% polyester. An average 11”x 16” print on light shirts will run approximately 0.25—0.50¢. After the current job is finished, switch between textile, solvent, and edible printing with ease!

2 The NeoFlex Solvent printer option — also referred to as NeoSol — is capable of handling indoor signage, commercial prototyping, interior design, promotional products and more. The NeoSol uses a mild solvent dye-based ink and is suitable for a variety substrates including: plastics, metals, glass, leather, ceramics, and wood. Depending on its application, most media do not require pre or post treatment. These inks do not possess the harsh solvent smell or caustic characteristics other solvents inks may.

The NeoFlex edible option — or NeoEdi — enables the operator to print on cakes, pies, cookies, lollipops and more. With no distinct or overbearing taste, you will be able to decorate and customize confections with amazing photorealistic graphics and gradients. The NeoEdi printer option adds another tasty aspect to your already versatile business.

INK SYSTEM

PRINTHEAD

The NeoFlex comes with 4 different setups that are catered to your business needs: NeoTex with white ink for printing on dark garments, NeoTex with dual CMYK for fast white shirt production, NeoSol solvent printing option, and NeoEdi edible ink option. All inks mentioned are specially formulated for the NeoFlex system. The NeoFlex printhead has a Teflon non-stick coating that has drastically reduced maintenance and

NeoFlex printhead has a Teflon non-stick coating that drastically reduces maintenance and nozzle clogging. The printhead used in the NeoFlex also operates in commercial grade printers and has a rating of 45,000 impressions.

The NeoFlex printhead moves over the media allowing for continuous workflow, as it’s possible to reload while the machine is printing. For example, as the printer completes one item, the operator can remove the finished garment and load a new garment while the NeoFlex continues printing. The NeoFlex will cycle back and forth across the media as many times as instructed. With other machines on the market, the media usually moves underneath the printer resulting in workflow inefficiencies, as the operator is con-stantly waiting for the printer to finish a job

before reloading. The printer is then forced to sit idle while reloading, wasting more of your valuable production time. When other suppliers claim their printer can produce “X” shirts per hour, they are basing that estimate off the time it takes for the printer to com-plete a single job, and then multiplying that figure by 60. This is misleading, as the time it takes to un-load and reload garments is not considered. For the first time, the NeoFlex’s continuous workflow allows operators to produce at the machine’s maximum production capability.

nozzle clogging. Perhaps the most advantageous aspect of the NeoFlex is it’s cost effectiveness. On average, an 11” x 16” image will cost about $1.50 per print on dark garments. The same sized image costs about 0.25 - 0.50¢ per print on light garments. Print designs on 1,000 light T-shirts for only $500 or less!

NEOFLEX SYSTEM The NeoFlex system comes equipped with auto clean functions to help prevent clogging for ex-tended non-printing periods. The cleaning can be programmed per hour using the LCD control panel located on the front of the machine. The control panel also manages all actions the printer performs including front and rear speed control. A servomotor controls Y and Z-axis mo-tions, enabling absolute precision and registration during the printing process. Axes move along a stainless steel dual linear ball bearing transport system, ensuring a smooth ride.

The NeoRIP Pro Software is the most powerful RIP software in our industry. With the NeoRIP, our customers are able to produce the highest quality prints that are unmatched when compared to any other RIP in the industry. There are many beneficial features coded in the software such as simultaneous RIP and print (saves a tone of time!), advanced layout tools, a virtually unlimited amount of savable user defined settings, job queue manager, job archiving, choke mask channel, multi-thread application, ink cost calcula-tor, color and image correction tools, color boost options, and automatic white highlight generation. The NeoRIP reads and prints Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) files, .ESP, .PS, .BMP, .TIFF, .JPG, and PNG. Other files such as .AL and PDF are also available options.

In addition to superior image quality and a large feature set, the NeoRIP offers substantial ink saving. Due to the unique and sophisticated method of white ink generation, our customers on average save 30-40% more white ink than other software on the market.

Back in 2009 when All American brought the NeoFlex to market we quickly realized that a support network was necessary to help customers. We saw through online forms like t-shirtforums, that NeoFlex operators were beginning to collabo-rate together to troubleshoot and share tips and techniques. To reinforce this positive cooperation, All American coined the term NeoFamily and be-gan to create a support system to foster the grow-ing NeoFlex community. All American extended its technical support hours to 9a.m.-5p.m. on weekdays

Don’t fret new updates, with the NeoFlex upgrades are easy to install. Rather than purchasing an entirely new machine, the NeoFlex has a removable printer module. Simply unplug the current printer module, slide the bed over, take the printer off and replace it with the latest printer module. The base and bed of the NeoFlex remains the same, making updating your machine easier and less costly than purchasing a brand new system. With the NeoFlex users won’t have to worry that their machine will be outdated and expensive to replace.

and focused on its online presence. Peter Choi, who proudly refers to himself as NeoFather, is a frequent figure on t-shirt forms and converses with users day and night. Though these efforts, we are pleased to report that the NeoFamily has grown over the past few years and so has our services. All American re-cently opened its West Cost division and now offers coast-to-coast technical support. At All American, we want our cliental to know they are supported not just as a company but also as individuals. Our growth and success directly reflects the success of our customers.

DTG CHAMPION

FUTURE PROOF

Over the past couple of years, The NeoFlex has proven itself to be an award-winning machine. The DTG Battle Royal hosted by t-shirtforms.com has seen NeoFlex owners take home the gold two years running. In 2011 Justin Walker of Fusion Logistic

Group won with Mandy Riley of Vintage Tees — also a

NeoFlex operator— in second place. Gerald Cantalupo from Breathrough Clothing took first place in 2012 and was also the 2013 ISS National DTG Champion. We congratulate our extended NeoFamily on their successes and look forward to seeing them participate in future competitions.
