This next-generation sys- tem has achieved high image quality and high sensitivity using advanced technologies. • Superior imaging performance Nemio MX includes THI (Tissue Harmonic Imaging) in the standard configuration and generates high-quality B-mode images. Advanced DYNAMIC FLOW TM , which produces high-resolution blood flow images and is a feature of top- of-the-line systems, and ApliPure TM , which is compounding technology for high contrast resolution, are supported. Thus, Nemio MX provides high-end imaging performance. • Sophisticated ergonomics A 15-inch LCD monitor whose brightness has been adjust- ed appropriately for the display of ultrasound images is used in Nemio MX. The displayed images are easy-to- view and their excellent visibility is relatively insensitive to the brightness of the room. A flexible multijoint arm supports the LCD monitor, allowing appropriate positioning for operations in the standing or sitting posture to be achieved easily. A lightweight body has been achieved through the use of the LCD monitor, making it much easier to move the sys- tem around in the hospital. Functions can be assigned freely to buttons on the operat- ing panel to suit individual preferences. Also, operation protocols can be registered in advance, allowing examina- tions to be performed smoothly with simple operations (Sonoset). In addition, the B-mode image quality can be adjusted appropriately with a single operation using the IP dial or QuickScan.
