Since the beginning of production, more than 1000 hydraulic tongs units 900 and spiders and more than perforators of various modifications have been manufactured; more than 200 units of non-standard equipment according to the customer's technical design specification have been carried out.

Import substitution solutions have been realized, such as electronic boards for foreign telemetry systems, a chemical machine for the frac fleet was designed and put on test.

Service area allows to perform hydraulic tongs repair works of any complexity. The production capacity provides simultaneous assembly work of equipment or overhaul repairs operatoins.

Rollerless hydraulic tongs K-4700 «Ural»foundation pads instead of rollers! Low-maintenance in operation, the number of lubrication points reduced to 3. Tongs have become much more reliable, faster and quieter in operation.

Centralized automated lubrication system for hydraulic tongsreduces maintenance time up to 1 minute per shift, reduces well downtime due to tongs mechanical break-down, reduces repair and lub r ica t ion cos t s and increases overhaul operation time.

Reverse key based on «Granite» K-4502, K-5681, K-5686 hydraulic tongs is used for minimization of personnel injuries risks while di rec t ion changing of tripping processes. Instead of 7 standard operations, only one is needed to turn the lever. Operation time is only 3 seconds.

Hyd r o l i c c a t h e a d GR-50 is used for fast and safe separation of the «stuck» pipe threads. The rotation torque is 50 kNm. It can work either independently with the hand pump or be operated by the hydraulic station. Rotation torque increases smoothly, without applying any lateral force, therefore, the pipe does not bend. Pipe diameter is from 60 mm.

H y d r a u l i c t o n g s «Granite» K-4502, K-5681, K-5686are designed for screwing and unscrewing tubing strings with outer diameters: 2 3/8" (60 mm) - 4 1/2" (114 mm) with rotation torque in low gear and pressure 17.24 MPa,N*m - 9043/17191/21454.

Drilling Hydraulic Tong «Ermak» KMA-5500suspended hydraulic tong KMA-5500 with hydraulic restriction is designed for quick, safe, precise screwing and unscrewing of drill pipes with outside diameters from 60 mm (2-3/8") to 140 mm (5-1/2").

Telemetryt e l eme t r y s y s t em s w i t h f l u i d communication channel are designed to provide wiring and operational control of directional, horizontal wells and sidetracks drilling.

Hydraul ic fractur ing f leets equipment is designed for processing and displaying of the signals from the hydraulic fracturing fleet sensors. It is used for the communication between hydraulic fracturing complexes and for density and chemical dosing control.

Monitoring and data transmission systemsthe main assignment of the equipment is to measure, monitor, record and visualize technical parameters of coiled tubing units. The complex is manufactured on a modular basis and is configured according to customers’ requirements.

Hole punch-perforatoris designed for perforating casing string and sluicing the cavities. Advantages: up to 100 perforations on different levels can be made during one round-trip operation; smaller casing string perforation and making cavity period by contrast to other gentle perforation methods; no need in using sand in perforation operations; getting casing string c a v i t i e s w i t h d i m e n s i o n s of 20x40 mm.

Perforator «Potok»is designed for sequential hydro-sandblast perforation by creating fissures and slots in open-hole wells or wells cased with casing strings with a diameter from 4" (102 mm) and more.

Manifold Unitis designed to regulate the flow of borehole fluid in the con-current working of coiled tubing and gasification and pumping units.
