CMP 2 Second Draft Chair Report Page 2 6.) Appointments of any Task Groups that will be working on any Panel or TC subject, subsequent to the Second Draft Meeting, along with the names of members of the Task Group(s): It is possible that a task group may need to be assembled regarding the Annex D calculation examples. Due to the extensive revisions to Article 220, it was realized after the initial ballot vote there are examples that need further revision. To prevent confusion in the industry it is likely a TIA will need to be developed to address the necessary corrections. 7. List any request contained in a Panel or TC Statement that requires NEC Correlating Committee attention: CMP 2 requests the Correlating Committee review action on Second Revision 7596 to correlate with different actions taken by CMP 5 on FR 8069. 8. List any Panel or TC actions that, in your opinion, need to be referred to another Panel(s) for correlation: N/A 9. List any additional information that you feel would be helpful to the NEC Correlating Committee, staff, or to the process in general: Please review SR No. 7737 for scope. Requirements for appliances are the prevue of CMP 17 and the content of this second revision contains requirements for vending machines. Please review SR 7724 (210.8(B)(5) Ex. 2) for verification the correlating changes in 517.21 were made. The Correlating Committee may want to review PC 2200, with regard health care facility load calculations, which was rejected by CMP 2 if considering the action taken by CMP 15 during the Second Draft on 517.24. The original panel statement developed by the task group for PC 2200 is what is shown in the system however, a more detailed panel statement was developed by the full panel following the presentation by Mr. Vernon. Unfortunately, the more detailed statement does not appear in the system. I was hoping to make it part of this chair report but, unfortunately, I have not been able to locate it in time for submitting this report. I will submit it at a subsequent time if possible. 10. Were any units of measure "Accepted" by the Panel or TC that are not listed in Annex C of the NEC Style Manual? If so, please list the section number(s) and proposal/comment number(s) below: N/A
11. Identify any issues that should be brought to the attention of the NFPA Research Foundation for their input and assistance: N/A
