Mix carrot with potatoes &shape into patties. Fry inskillet with oil. Cook till

Applesauce Brownies #30351/21 cinnamon 1/2 Coil
11/2C + 2T sugar16 oz can applesauce2T cocoa 1/21soda
2 eggs 1/2 t salt
2 C flour
1/2 C chopped nuts (optional)6 oz pkg choc chipsCombine all except 2 T sugar& beat 1 min. Pour into
greased jelly roll pan (app11" x 16" & at least 1/2"
deep). Sprinkle top withnuts, remaining sugar &choc chips. Bake 25 min@350° for 45-50 brownies.
For thicker, softer results,bake in 9" xl3" pan 35 min!
Fruit Pizza - #3036
Roll pre-made sugar cookiedough onto greased cookiesheet or pizza pan. Bake@350° 10 min or till lightlybrown & cool. Spread withmixture of 8 oz It cream
cheese, 11 vanilla & 1/2 C
sugar. Top with thin layerof sliced bananas. Arrangeassortment of colorful fruits:
strawberries, pineapple,kiwi, grapes, etc on top ofbananas. Combine follow¬
ing in saucepan.3/4 C water ICoj1/4 C lemon juice4 T cornstarch 1C sugar1 dash salt
Bring to boil. Cook 1 min &cool completely. Pour sauceslowly & evenly over entirepizza. Refrigerate tillready to serve.Fantastic way to get fruitsin their tummies!
