NCCC’s main building is Founders Hall, which houses the Dean’s Office, a student lounge, the auditorium, as well as a number of classrooms. It is the oldest building on campus, predating the 1965 founding of the college by seventy years.

The 24,000 square-foot Learning Resource Center was built in 2003, and houses the NCCC College Library. It sits next to Founders Hall on the bank of the Mad River, and services both college students and Winsted community.

Because NCCC has no traditional campus, piecemeal buildings are scattered about downtown Winsted. This repurposed house is now occupied by the Office of the President, as well as the Marketing and Public Relations departments.

About a quarter mile down the road from the main buildings is Greenwoods Hall, This is home to Admissions, Registration and Records, the college bookstore, and the Financial Aid offices. In addition, the building houses more classrooms, a photography studio, a gymnasium, and the Women’s Resource Center.

The newest addition to the NCCC campus is the Art & Science Center, which opened in 2007. The building is across the street from Greenwoods Hall, and houses classrooms, science labs, art studios, and another student lounge.
