... A SHORT OBSERVATION

• I was having breakfast with a knowledgeable attorney that represents buyers in the hosting industry. He commented that the problem with doing transactions was the due-diligence, stating it often took three months to obtain.

• My reaction was that NCC’s experience is closer to 30 days. We generally answer 80%+ of the due-diligence questions in our detailed presentations. We answer the questions up-front so the buyer does not have to go hunting,

• I want the buyer to make a knowledgeable informed decision to either move ahead or pass on a transaction in 5 minutes. Your time is valuable.

• Contact NCC. We will set up a profile of your company.

• Have an NDA on file with NCC. We have our standard document and often can work with yours.

• NCC only contacts firms where in our opinion a transaction may meet your needs.

• Feel free to contact NCC to discuss changes in your firm, or use us as a sounding board. We consider all such discussions confidential.

• All of our projects are exclusive. We do not send out blanket lists.
