1.1 Brief Introduction • NCC was established in 1997, as a subsidiary of Sunrise Wheel Group (was listed in

ShenZhen Stock Exchange （No:002593）successfully at 28 June, 2011), it has a

complete system in R & D, Design, Fabrication, Erection and Service,

professionalized in the Fabrication and Construction of steel-structure plant, Multi-

storey building, Petrochemical plant, Power plant, Steel bridges, Module steel

structure and Multi-storey car park. Now, NCC is one of the most important steel

structure manufacturers in South of China.

• With four production base in Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Sichuan and Vietnam, total land

area is seven hundred sixty thousand square meter, factory building area is two

hundred eighty thousand square meter. Total production capacity per year is two

hundred thousand tons. Current staff number is nearly 2000 persons (about 280

persons for technical engineer).


1.1 Brief Introduction • With the production line for light steel, heavy steel, box steel, Hot-rolled H-shape,

purlin, color panel, grouting internal wall, flooring plate and Pre-Cast Concrete

Plate (PC system).

• With the professional equipment platform & ladder production shop for petro-

chemical and power plant, has building area 21,500m2 in Zhangzhou shop and

4,600m2 in Sichuan shop.

• NCC has offered good and long-term service to international EPC contractors like

JGC, CHIYODA ,SUMITOMO, TAKENAKA, JFE, CTCI, TECHNIP and China SEI,

HuanQiu, WuHuan, China State Construction, China Construction Steel Structure,

CPI YuanDa, LONGKING, POTENT and so on. NCC products have been exported to

many countries, such as Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia , Indonesia,

Vietnam , India, Saudi Arabia, UK, Egypt, Tanzania, Namibia and Angola. NCC is

qualified for overseas EPC contract with the steel structure project.


1.1 Brief Introduction

• NCC was awarded Grade A in Steel-structure Design, Grade A (super) in Steel-

structure fabrication, Grade one in National Steel-structure Construction,

Building Engineering Design Grade B, Building Construction Grade Two.

• Passed ISO9001 certificate of quality system, GB/T50430 certificate of quality

management for Engineering Construction Enterprise, ISO 14001 certificate of

Environmental management system , OHSAS 18001 certificate of Occupation

Health Safety management system , EU CE certification, and qualified welder

with AWS D1.1 certification.

m2, and the production capacity is 20,000 tons per year.


Zhangzhou Workshop

Total land area is 700,000 m2, includes the building area 300,000

m2, and the production capacity is 120,000 tons per year.

Shicuan Workshop

Total land area is 230,000 m2, includes the building area 150,000 m2,

and the production capacity is 60,000 tons per year.
