We reached out to Stranges Garden Center for tips for our holiday decorations.

Before you put up your live greens, garlands and wreaths,
in our greenhouse waiting for a new home. Tired of traditional red?
Try a white poinsettia, or go wild and buy Jingle Bells -- it is red withsplashes of pink and white.
spray them with Wilt Pruf. This helps seal in moisture, it
brightens the colors of the greens, and adds a little shine.
All greens and wreaths sold at Sranges are sealed with
Wilt Pruf. It also works great on cut Christmas Trees.

Check your cut trees for freshness before you buy it. If a few of the needles snap easily when you bend them, then youve got a good tree! Be sure to cut
at least 1/2 off the trunk before you set the tree in water. Let it take up water outside for about 2 hours before you bring it inside.
