Using ERP-ONE has allowed Naxos to speed up manual departmental processes through the lens of hyper-accuracy. As noted by the EDI & ERP-ONE Supervisor, “Ordering abili�es have developed from hand entering addresses, items, and shipping requests to literally being able to import the informa�on at the touch of a bu�on. This has increased the number of orders entered and processed daily, decreased the receipt �me, and increased customer sa�sfac�on.” Because of the increase in order processing, “Strategies were put into place that allowed our warehouse to pick mul�ple orders at once, reducing the processing �me.” As a result, Naxos saw their pick/pack efficiency rise an astonishing 400%.
