Feasibility studies and preliminary design Assessing the technical viability of the design, validating aspects such as the naval architecture, hydrodynamics, seakeeping and seaworthiness. Elaboration of a technical specification where the principal equipment and systems of the craft are defined, with which any shipyard will be able to tender the cost of the construction. Global design and building management We design and engineer the complete process, delivering the full package of information to build a vessel, including: Design development and detailed drawings, based on 3D modeling, developed to the extent necessary to meet any shipyard build strategy. Detailed production information: Elaboration of cutting files for metallic structure, coded assembly drawings and 3D model, piping design, geometry for CNC moulds, etc. We provide not only construction coordination services and economical and planning supervision, but also engineering solutions to enhance the building process and to meet client requirements. Structural engineering We can develop the design, scantling and assessment of ship structures, and elaborate workshop plans of steel, aluminium or composite structures, nesting and cutting files, bill of material, weight estimation, etc. Systems Engineering Our specialized engineering team designs and evaluates the diverse ship piping systems and integrates them with structure and interiors using a complete 3D model. Deliverables can be 2D schematic plans, isometric plans of pipe routing, bill of materials, and a complete 3D model with viewing software. Administrative Engineering We elaborate the required documentation and drawings to obtain regulatory or classification society approvals, and take care of the full administrative process of registry and expedition of the corresponding certificates.
