OFFICIAL FLY & BUY RULES: 1. Purchase of $50,000 and greater in one of our qualified Naturewalk Offerings. Sign a reservation contract identifying the property you wish to purchase, send your first 15% refundable deposit. You must travel to Costa Rica within 21 days of signing the reservation contract. 2. The Fly & Buy Offer is 4 nights and 5 days in Costa Rica and a maximum expenditure of $2,000. which can be applied at closing of your purchase to your airfare, hotel, condominium, or other travel expenses. 3. In Costa Rica you confirm your purchase, ,sign your purchase agreement and wire your second 15% deposit to our account.

OTHER INFORMATION:

1. The "Fly & Buy" program is applicable to some of our real estate offerings but not all. Please check with your sales consultant for qualifying real estate.

2. If we receive your second deposit while you are in Costa Rica we will pay your accommodation charges at the hotel or condominium. The balance of your travel expense will be credited through the closing to your account. 3. If you do not find the right property from us while in Costa Rica we will promptly refund your first deposit less a $250. contract preparation fee.

4. Naturewalk reserves the right to modify or withdraw our "Fly & Buy" program. We will not change the program once you are booked.
