Very simply put, Green Coffee Beans are Coffee Beans that are fresh and have notbeen roasted; the coffee we brew has been roasted and this is why it is brown, ratherthan green. Coffee Beans naturally contain a compound called Chlorogenic Acid, which is the active weight loss compound in Pure Green Coffee Beans. RoastingCoffee Beans destroys the Cholorgenic Acid.

Recent clinical studies and trials have shown that the specific combination of Cholo-genic Acid and caffeine are effective for weight loss. One particular study followed16 people (with a body mass index between 25% and 30%) and between 22 to 46years old. Study participants were monitored for 22 weeks and participants dietsand exercise were strictly monitored throughout the study. The participants ate onaverage 2,400 calories a day and had a calorie expenditure of 400 calories, nowherenear the levels necessary for weight loss.Green Coffee Beans have been shown to inhibit fat absorption and also stimulate theactivation of fat metabolism in the liver, both major supporters of weight reduction.

The Chlorogenic acid found in Green Coffee Beans is a natural phytochemical that isfound in a wide array of plants, with very high concentrations in Green CoffeeBeans. It has been found to inhibit the release of glucose into the blood, particularlyafter meals, and appears to help people lose weight as a result.

Chlorogenic acid may also be able to induce body fat loss by increasing body heatproduced, thus promoting thermogenesis, the natural burning of fat for energy. It isalso believed to reduce the generation of new fat cells due to its superior anti-oxidanteffects.

An ingredient in common eggplant has been shown to cure cancer. The eggplant extract is aphytochemical called solasodine glycoside, or BEC5. Dr. Bill E. Cham discovered it, after hear-ing of a folk medicine cure from Australian farmers. They told him of eye cancers cured in cat-tle after application of a poultice made from the fruit of a weed called Devil's Apple, known inLatin as Solanum linnaeanum. This plant is part of the Solanacea family, which includes othercommon vegetables such as tomato and eggplant.

BEC5 works by bonding to a receptor on the surface of the cancer cell. After the cell digests theeggplant extract, it causes the cell to rupture. The cancer cell is destroyed and its contents arethen reabsorbed by the body.

BEC5 has been proven effective in treating over 80,000 cases of skin cancer, preventing sur-gery. The types of cancer treated by eggplant are both invasive and non-invasive non-mela-noma skin cancers. In every case the cancers went into remission and did not return.Australians have been curing their skin cancers using these phytochemicals for decades.

BEC5 acts by killing cancer cells without harming any other healthy cells in the human body.BEC5 can also be used to treat actinic keratose, the precursor to cancer, as well as age or sun-spots on the skin.

Actinic keratoses are a possible predictor of skin cancer. These red patches caused by sun ex-posure are made of abnormal cells that can mutate into malignant cells in the basal, or lowerlayers of the skin. Squamous cell carcinomas are another common form of skin cancer, and onewhich causes nearly two thousands deaths annually. This wart-type growth has irregular bor-ders and can also be treated with the eggplant extract.

Used as a cream for over twenty-five years in clinical trials in both Australia and the UnitedKingdom, BEC5 had success rate of over 78% when applied for eight weeks. Used for 12weeks, the cream had a 100% success rate in removing cancers, none of which returned for thefollowing five years.

Over one million new cases of non-melanoma skin cancers are diagnosed each year in theUnited States alone. Skin cancer is now the most common illness in men over the age of 50. It iseven more common than lung, prostate or colon cancer. Incidences are so common that one outof three Caucasians are now expected to develop skin cancer at some point in their lives. Withthis simple, natural remedy, many surgeries might be prevented and health restored.

2 cans lentils (15 oz)2 cups chopped celery½ cup chopped onion (sweet/vadalia)2 cups grated zucchini (about 2 large)5 oz spinach chopped (about ½ a bag)2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (plus ½ cup extra to top dish)Salt and pepper

1 bunch of red chard (pick one with large leaves)Tomato sauce (your favorite)

First preheat your over to 350* and prep your red chard, wash the leaves, shake excess water off and dry with apaper towel. You are going to use the chard leaves as a wrapper for the lentil mixture. If the chard leaves arereally big you can cut the leaf in half and use that for the wrapping. If they are not that big you might have tosplit the leaf at the end where the stalk is thick to get it to stay wrapped. The thicker the stalk gets the more re-sistant it is to staying wrapped. You want about 8 leaves. Set aside.

Open your cans of lentils and place in a bowl (you can cook the lentils yourself but the canned ones are just asgood and oh so easy)Drain any liquid and pour into a large bowl.

Next chop the celery and onion, you want them chopped really well into small pieces and you’ll want to give thespinach a little chop too. Just so it will all mix together nice. (This dish isn’t in the over long enough to reallycook the celery and onion if the pieces are large, so the smaller the better, I like my veggies still firm with a bitof crunch) Grate the zucchini and the cheese (or just buy the cheese already grated and save some time). Throwit all in the bowl with the lentils, season with salt and pepper. Wash your hands and get right in there!!! Somethings are easier to mix with your hands and this is one.

After you get it all mixed together you are going to take a good handful (about ¾ of a cup) of the lentil mixtureand press together with your hands, form a ball. Then take one of the chard leaves and wrap it around the lentilmix. (note: make sure to wrap the dull side or back side of the chard leaf around the lentils, leaving the shinyside out.) When you finish wrapping place the roll with the seam side of the chard down in a baking dish. Theweight of the roll will keep it together. Continuing rolling, placing the rolls side by side in the baking dish untilyou run out of chard or lentil mix.

Cover the top of the rolls with your favorite tomato sauce then top with some parmesan cheese and the ½ cup ofmozzarella.

Place in pre heated 350* oven for 30 minutes. Serve with a mixed green salad and enjoy!!!

Lets all try and be a little kinder to our planet and our selves. If you are looking for me … I’ll be in the kitchen!Live, Love …Lucy

During cold weather seasons, we may be at an increased risk for dehydration because it’s not hotout and we may not feel as thirsty, but can’t actually tell how hydrated we are by how thirsty wefeel. For many of us, by the time we start to feel thirsty, we’re already dehydrated, but just howmuch water is enough when it comes to staying hydrated? Keep a running tally of how much fluidyou’re getting and aim for half of your body weight in ounces of fluid per day, plus an extra 16ounces for every pound of sweat lost during exercise. If you’re really not in the mood for cold wa-ter, try leaving a pitcher of water out on the counter – allowing it to get to room temperature maymake it easier to drink.

Staying well-hydrated is essential for maintaining optimal energy levels, preventing muscle cramp-ing and headaches. But that doesn’t mean you have to force down gallons of water or bottles of sug-ary sports drinks. Any type of alcohol-free beverage can count toward your fluid intake – and evensome foods! Some of the top electrolyte-rich, hydrating foods include all types of fresh fruit, soupsloaded with vegetables – even fall and winter foods like sweet potatoes and kale can provide muchneeded fluids

The amount of caffeine typically found in standard servings of tea, coffee and soft drinks appearsto have little diuretic effect. Meaning that these beverages don’t cause us to lose more fluid thanthey provide. Drink a variety of beverages every day and remember all fluids, including those infoods you eat, contribute to daily water requirements.

Flavor water with liquid Stevia which comes in many natural flavors or Emergen-C packets whichprovide hydration and vitamins minerals and electrolytes.

The leaves, bark and fruit of olive trees contain com-pounds which protect it from parasites and disease. These compounds are also some of the most powerfulplant antioxidants known. Some olive trees are believed to have survived forthousands of years, demonstrating the power of thesecompounds to preserve and protect.

Olive leaf is great for colds, flu’s and fungal infec-tions, yeast and lowering blood pressure when com-bined with Hawthorne berries extract.

Olive Leaf The most popular source of antioxidants inour diet, one apple has an antioxidant effectequivalent to 1,500 mg of vitamin C. Applesare loaded with protective flavonoids, whichmay prevent heart disease and cancer.
