Step seven :Rapping and pasting the safety seal . In this safety seal it mentioned Batch no. / Manufacturing date / Expiry date

Step eight :Production finish bottles are kept in washed bottom rings & are ready to deliver .Per hour 600 bottles manufacturing

Testing the taste and the smell of the water . Water doesn’t have a color test or smell This test is doing to check weather water have any electricity conductivity Testing APC – Aerobic Plate counter and Coliform bacteria presents in the water

Daily we are checking the water which gets from 18 check points before the production Out side Testing parties ITI – Once a year for tube water & Twice a year for finishing water MRI – Biological testing once a month
