What I’ve learned is that great leaders are great learners.
Through an integrated approach that includes training, assessment, and career development, individuals are transformed into high-performing current and future leaders. CLM provides a variety of learning tools, competency-based courses, and leadership development programs to cultivate individuals so that they may successfully lead organizations in meeting mission-driven goals.
Center for Leadership and Management
By participating in the ELP, I was hoping to discover a new side of myself. I know life is a constant learning process but one thing I thought of when I thought of great leaders was: They’re already there. They made it. What I’ve learned is that great leaders are great learners. They’re continually learning, and what leading is all about is learning.
