Status of DDU-GKY Programme in Kerala
YEAR PLAN (YP)
Started in May 2014, monitored by NIRD & Kudumbashree
Total Target under was 21,200 and Project cost was Rs. 74.02 Crores
Eight Projects were awarded
ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (AAP)
Started in September 2014, monitored by Kudumbashree.
Total Training Target was 30,000 and Project cost was Rs. 120.42 Crores
23 Projects were awarded on 26/02/2015 & 4 Projects on 20/09/2015
ACTION PLAN (AP)
YP and AAP was merged into AP on 21st December, 2015.
NIRD transferred the Projects to Kudumbashree.
After Revised Common Cost Norms, target is 51,200 and Project cost is Rs. 393.28 Crores.

11 Seminar Palakkad The youth skill day event celebration was started in the
morning with a walkathon.. More than 300 people

13 Skill Day Rally Idukki Skill day Rally organized with the support of students fromQuess Corp Ltd.’s Training centre in Idukki. The rally began fromthe centre and reached Kanjar Town and returned to centre. 70students from the centre participated in the rally and amessage also was given to the students on Skill day.
14 Walkathon: Palakkad The youth skill day event celebration was started in the
morning with a walkathon.. More than 300 people participated
in the event. Pluck cards, balloons, and sinkarielam used to
catch the attention of general public.
