2. Administer NWS Certification exams for Pilot Weather Briefers and Tower Visibility Observers

FAA Academy Residence Courses• Air Traffic Basics - 26 hours of weather training for newly
hired Air Traffic Controllers
• Air Traffic Controller Tower Visibility (4 hours) - Required to become certified to take tower visibility observations
