Arrival & Parking Facilities • Allocated parking is in front of the apartment within a courtyard setting and there is a gentle

slope to access to the property. • There is outside lighting by the front door but if arriving after dark it is advisable to have a

torch

Getting in (and out) of the cottage A dial combination key box is located to the left of the property at a height of 1400mm The main shared entrance door has a clearance width of 840mm with a gentle slope up to it and no threshold. Opens into a spacious shared hallway with an even quarry tiled floor and a rubber backed mat 3 pendant lights, no windows and an inner door with a clearance width of 800mm leading onto wooden floorboards. Apartment main front door is a fire door with a self-closure. Clearance width 740mm with a minimal threshold leading into a spacious hallway with carpet.

Getting around the cottage Ground floor: • Minimum circulation width 1140mm when entering the property • All rooms lead off a spacious carpeted hallway, minimum width 1050mm • One ceiling light at the entrance end of the hall, no windows, lower light level by kitchen and
