How Does It Work?Secured Web Interface

The experience of National Safety Compliance has allowed us to ensure that the Online Driver Qualification File system is completely secure and maintains the highest level of data integrity while allowing access from any location that has an Internet enabled computer – even Global Wireless devices are supported!

Each company is provided a unique company code. Usernames and Passwords are assigned based upon the specific responsibilities of the person to which they are assigned. Employees are only given the access they actually need.

All activities carried out on your driver files are tracked by who actually did a change, add or delete. Dates and times of activity can also be reported to the designated contact within your organization.

After Login, you are presented with a central welcome screen that immediately informs you of any alerts or scheduled events. You simply cannot forget to address outstanding issues.

Dynamic Notification

Accessing your “Preferences” controls how data displays on this screen and what alerts you see.

Access to the various modules of the program is done through use of the Tab Bar

The “Home” Tab brings you back to this screen from anywhere in the system.Each Tab will highlight as you move your mouse over them and will stay highlighted to identify what module you are currently working in..

By clicking on “My Events” or the “[More…]” under “Today’s Events” you can access a full screen Calendar.

Dynamic Notification

This Calendar allows you to add events or review those that are system generated.

Administrative access can allow managers to create events for employee groups.

By clicking on a specific date, you are presented with a simple and intuitive Event Entry Box. This simple control is typical of the “Ease of Use” design philosophy applied through out the development of our Online DQF product.

The New Driver screen begins the Driver/Employee entry process.

You can click on “Add New Driver” or select one of the records listed to continue with an entry process that was not yet completed.

Once clicked, each command brings up a simple, easy to use form specific to that area.

After a driver’s profile is complete, you may access the document management capabilities of the system by clicking on the DQF Tab.

You select a driver by clicking on the appropriate command word for that driver.

You can directly access the driver’s profile, their related documents, change their status or remove them from the system.

You can “reorder” the list of driver’s displayed by clicking on “Last/First”, “SSN” or “Entry Date”

You can also use the “Search” and “Advanced Search” capabilities available in all modules to find exactly what you need.

After you have found the driver you wish to work with, click on the “DQF” command to begin managing their related files.

On screen cues help explain the status of various documents and actions that can be taken for each.

Control features like Document Sort Order and whether or not to display On Screen Cues are easily accessible to each system user.While a delete button is displayed, documents are only archived when this action is taken. The documents are protected from unwanted deletions.

What forms have been entered to date for the selected driver are listed to the left.

The current Status of those documents and the related document dates appear next.

Actions that can be performed on those documents are accessed here.

One of the key features of our system is seen here. The “NSC Check” column tells you that the specific document has been checked by our expert staff. You will know at a glance whether it is a compliant document or needs attention by you or your staff.

“File Repository” is a powerful web based administrative interface to your DQF storage and file access. It support upload and download operations to assist during initial data conversion efforts.

This module is typically only available to one or two Users in a company.
