国家科学基金会成立于 1986 年，是中国国务院的直属机构，代表国家管理科学基金，任务是支持我国基础研究的创新性研究与优秀人才的培养。


General Introduction


It is the unique organization in China that acc

在中国内地，国家科学基金会是唯一在全国范围内接受科学家和研究人员以自由申请方式申请项目，同时采用同行评议专家系统进行评审，并选择最好的项目给予资助的组织。

With almost 100% of the investment from the centra

l government, NSFC’s total budget this year is abo

ut 3.4 billion yuan, not including the salary for the r

esearchers.

The annual increase rate of NSFC’s budget in r

ecent years is over 20%.

国家科学基金会的预算经费几乎全部来自于中央政府，今年（ 2006 ）经费总预算达到 34 亿元人民币，国家科学基金的费用不包括科技人员的薪水。近年，国家科学基金经费的年增长率均超过 20% 。

管理科学一处资助范围为管理科学与管理工程学科：主要资助运筹学、决策与对策理论、组织理论、管理行为学、管理系统工程、管理信息系统与决策支持系统、预测与评估方法、金融工程、复杂性科学、知识管理，等等。


The Division Two covers a disciplinary Business AdministrationThe main funding areas include strategy management, enterprise culture, human resources management, enterprise finance management, marketing, operation management, quality management, logistic and supply chain management, service management, technology management and technology innovation, project management, information management and e-business, non-profit organization management and so on.

管理科学二处资助范围为工商管理学科：主要资助企业战略、企业文化、人力资源管理、企业财务管理、市场营销、运作管理、质量管理、物流与供应链、服务管理、技术管理与技术创新、项目管理、企业信息管理与电子商务非盈利组织管理，等等。

管理科学三处资助范围包括两个方面 , 其中一个学科为 :

（ 1 ）宏观管理与政策学科：主要资助公共管理与公共政策、宏观经济管理与政策、农业经济管理、科学技术管理、资源与环境管理，等等。
