ABOUT RAJIV GANDHI NATIONAL CYBER LAW CENTRE
Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Centre is a Centre of Excellence in Cyber Law
(Established by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi at NLIU, Bhopal)
which is constituted and crafted with the objectives to develop professional
expertise and skilled manpower to match with contemporary challenges emerging
in relation with Cyber Law and Cyber Security. This will enable the law and IT
professionals to exploit and capture opportunities efficiently and meet economic
challenges being posed by the rapid global Information Technology revolution,
which is influencing virtually every area of development and social activity.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
During the past decade, Blockchain Technology has developed as an un-alterable
ledger to authenticate ownership of assets digitally. National Law Institute
University is organizing the National Conference on the theme “Blockchain
Technology: Adoption Regulation and Security” on 18th
and 19th
Oct 2019, in
collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Jagran
lakecity University (JLU) Bhopal and Infinity Law-Tech and Education Services
(ILTES) Hyderabad, which will bring together Blockchain enthusiasts for two days
packed learning and innovation. This conference aims to garner a strong academic
response to address the recent and imminent changes in legal framework in
conjunction with Blockchain. The conference will feature application design of
Hyperledger fabric, Practical use-cases, panel discussions and tech-talks, and will
also cover thought provoking speeches about Blockchain technology. The
conference will address the areas of change and will provide an essential platform
to discuss the opportunities and challenges of Blockchain. The two days conference
shall have sessions revolving around different themes of which the selected papers
will be published in a Book with ISBN Number.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Joint authorship is permitted to a maximum of two authors. However, both authors need
to register separately. At least one author must attend the conference to present the paper.
