Thillaigovindan Ramesh, an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at National
Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, graduated in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) from
Madras University, India, 1995 and received his Masters in Engineering Design from
Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India, in 1997. In 2006, he obtained his
Ph.D from Bharathidasan University, India in the area of Metal Matrix Composites. He joined
the National Institute of Technology Trichy in the year 2016 as Lecturer in the Department of
