Event Introduction:
Global Village is initiated from the idea to involve ICX function trainees, AIESEC
Club members as well as university students together, to provide better experience
towards our trainees, while an AIESEC induction for club members and university
students. So we take advantage of the trainee resources of ICX GCDP and ICX GIP to
hold workshops, introducing unique cultures of different countries and have booths
for trainee from different country to show their culture and host some interesting
games.
Objectives:1. Provide better experience for incoming trainees.
2. Offer micro-experience for AIESEC Experiencing Club members, and convert
them into customers of ELD Programs
3. Promote GV product and drive more APP for Pocket Recruitment
4. Improve AIESEC SYSU Reputation in SYSU
Global Village
Impacts:
1. More than 100 university students come to the activity respectively in
Guangzhou and Zhuhai
2. According to the feedback survey, 96% of the participants say they will apply for
ELD Program after this. Pocket Recruitment of GV receives more APPs than
planned.
3. Cooperations with 2 other students’ associations in Sun Yet-sen University,
Foreign Language Association and English Tour.

Event Introduction:
Y2B is initiated from the idea to enlarge AIESEC SYSU’s social impact, especially the
branding among university and social enterprise. We intend to provide a business
communication platform for the entrepreneurs (AIESEC SYSU local partners) and
Sun Yat-sen University students. So we invite our external partners from both ICX
GIP/GCDP sides and ER’s. At the same time, the promotion in school for this event
is delivered successfully by MarComm and OC team.
Objectives:1. A larger and better AIESEC local branding in university
2. Initiate and maintain better cooperation with our external partners
3. GIPo product driven

Impacts:
1. Over 400 SYSU students applied for participation, and 230 are selected to
participate in Y2B. Cooperate with campus media-逸仙传媒2. According to feedback survey, 93% of participants say they will take ELD
program in the future.
3. Get appreciation from all of the attended external partners(As showed in
next page)

AIESEC Experiencing Club
AIESEC Experiencing Club
Project Introduction:
AIESEC Experiencing Club aims to enlarge AIESEC’s branding, with the engagement
of more students in Sun Yat-sen University with, specially for those who are
interested in AIESEC. We motivate them to apply for ELD Programs through offering
good micro AIESEC experiences.
Objectives:1. Engage more SYSU students with AIESEC, to enlarge AIESEC’s branding in SYSU
2. Set club as not only GT talent pool but also GV GI product customer pool
AIESEC Experiencing Club
Impacts:
1. After spring CI in march, nearly 400 students from different universities, mainly
SYSU students, joined the club after filling an application form and become
club members.
2. 90% of club members want to apply for ELD Program.
3. Engage in ICX buddy program, both GIP & GCDP
4. Opportunity of “CitiBank-AIESEC 金融开放日” to club. Sep.28th.

Project Introduction:
ICX GIP Buddy Program is a brand new product even among MoC. We put forward
the idea mainly considering 3 aspects: 1, to provide better experience for GIPi
trainees at the same time a better image in companies. 2, to involve AIESEC Club
member for a better AIESEC experience. 3, provide buddy and OC experience
especially for OGX function members for a better understanding of AIESEC program.
Objectives:1. Provide better experience for GIPi trainees at the same time a better image in
companies.
2. Enlarge better AIESEC branding.
3. Involve AIESEC Club member for a better AIESEC experience.
4. Better Synergy with other functions
ICX GIP Buddy Program
Impacts:
1. OCT involves other function members
2. 15 GIPi Trainees involvement, while 2 events being held
3. 20 Buddies in total. While 12 from AIESEC Club, 8 from AIESEC, both ICX & OGX

GCDPi Project Green Cup
Project Introduction:
Annual Review of Green Power Now Project as well as a Green Form, to empower
young people to take green actions by delivering workshops and speeches on
relative topics and Green Business Plan Competition

Impacts: 9 social organizations and 7 schools
(19teams) 200 students.

GIPo Returnee Gathering
Project Introduction:
In order to provide a better experience and connection for our GIPo returnees. We
held a GIPo returnee gathering together with AIESEC GDUFS and AIESEC SCUT.
Through this very gathering, we built a better relationship with our returnees, to
know more about their feedback and suggestion for our product.

Southern China VP GCDPo Transition Camp
Project Introduction:
This year in southern China we don’t have VP OGX Transition Camp, and the camps
in Beijing and Shanghai were too far for our EB. After discussion with MC, we held a
southern China VPO transition camp together with GDUFS, SCUT and SZU. For a
better transition for the successors and a better start for them. =) Objectives:
