Incorporation

Private Joint Stock Company, established on March 2006 as an Investment Company regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE.

Shari’a Compliant with a dedicated Shari’a Supervisory Board, chaired by the leading scholar Dr. Hussain Hamid Hassan.

Shareholders

The Government of Dubai holds 50% ownership, while the remaining 50% is equally held by Dubai Holding, Emaar Properties and Dubai Bank.
