"Could somebody please explain that to me... like I'm a six year old?"

"Explain to me, if you can, Mr. Wheeler, explain this to me like I'm a ten year-old.",

"Explain to me like I'm a two year old, because there's an element to this I can't get through my thick head..."

First the good news: NB has eliminated the need to fill out and submit a lot of the forms they previously required.

Be sure to pay attention to how many “files” you need to submit for each entry. (It doesn’t appear like they’re going to let you submit without attaching all of the requisite files).
