General FAQ’s• Who do I contact if I want to give a Systems Engineering

presentation?– Contact Lindsay MacLeod, (301) 286-6493,

[email protected]• How do I get added to the SE Seminar distribution list?

– Attend an SE Seminar and list your email on the sign-in sheet OR– Contact Lindsay MacLeod, (301) 286-6493,

[email protected]• Who do I contact if I want to attend an SE Seminar?

– If you are a NASA-Badged employee (either Civil Service or Contractor), there is no need to register.

– Non-badged visitors, please see “Visitor Badge Information.” (Slide 5).

Web Site FAQ’s• Does the Systems Engineering Seminar (SES) have a web site?

– Yes, http://ses.gsfc.nasa.gov/• Can I watch past seminars online?

– Yes • Go to the SES web site (http://ses.gsfc.nasa.gov/) • Select the year the seminar was presented that you want to

access.• Once you select the year, you will be able to scroll through each

presenter from that year until you find the one you want. – Each presenter has an archive videocast link to watch that

particular seminar. Please note - It takes approximately 2 weeks following a seminar to upload the link for viewing.

– Yes • Go to the SES web site (http://ses.gsfc.nasa.gov/) • Select the year the seminar was presented that you want to access.• Once you select the year, you will be able to scroll through each

presenter from that year until you find the one you want. – Each presenter has their presentations (.pdf) on the web site for

viewing.• What is the link to view the seminars live?

Visitor Badge Information• Employees and visitors with a NASA or GSFC badge do NOT need to

register.• Visitors without a GSFC badge MUST register for a visitor badge.• The SE Seminar Committee is only able to process Visitor

Registrations for US Citizens.• Register at least five (5) business days prior to seminar. • To Register, please email [email protected] with the
