Quo vadis, nass magnet?
zahl-reichen Verfi lmungen dazu bekannt. „Wohin gehst Du?“ lautet
China-Marktes in Frage kommt.
ortsspezifi sche Anforderungen abbilden.

It is likely that many people recognize this heading as the
title of the novel of the same name by Henryk Sienkiewicz or the
several fi lm adaptations that it spawned. This Latin saying is
translated as “Where are you going?” The answer to this question
has gained in signifi cance in the face of the successful growth of
the company over the last few years and the accord-ingly well-fi
lled production halls. While this growth has already been addressed
physically at the Hungarian facility with the completion of the
extension, plans for the development of oth-er company locations
are still in their infancy. One more reason to take a closer look
at the question “Quo vadis?”
There is a focus on business on the Chinese market, which this
edition of iMAGE addresses more extensively. Following the founding
of our local distribution company in December 2012, business in the
Far East has increased noticeably. How-ever, our business in China
has so far been unable to exhibit an adequate market share compared
to the European business. The comparison between the population of
the Eurozone (350 million inhabitants) and that of China (1.4
billion inhabitants) shows which market potential is presumably
lying idle. Our strategic goal is to tap into this potential more
eff ectively, par-ticularly on the domestic market.
That is why we are currently extensively examining our lo-cal
production options, the absence of which are likely to be a
possible cause of the relatively low level of penetration of the
Chinese market up until this point. The establishment of a
pro-duction facility combines a number of advantages, namely the
use of local supply chains, avoidance of import tax and reduc-tion
of transport and storage costs as well as latent currency risks. It
also strengthens our Chinese distribution company, which could
advertise with a customer-oriented production fa-cility and thus be
able to do even more successful acquisitions.
With regard to the decision to build this additional pro-duction
facility, our automotive clients who motivate our ‘lo-cal content’
production also play a signifi cant role. This refers to products
from local production facilities, which, alongside the
above-mentioned cost advantages that also have direct benefi ts for
the clients, additionally present location-specifi c requirements.
The reasons behind the motivation are the ex-pectation of shorter
times of delivery, which cannot be realized from afar in the event
of a spontaneous increase in demands, as well the possibility of
reacting more quickly to short-notice replacement deliveries. A
local customer service without time-zone limitations is another
evaluation criterion that infl uences the awarding of projects and
orders.
We are currently not meeting these requirements suffi -ciently.
So the question of where we are going later can already be answered
today; we should pay more attention to the land of the rising sun.
The long list of advantages makes it obvious that, despite the
globalization of all business relationships, the local presence of
a production facility is a decisive factor for success. In this
sense, this proximity to the client is also very re-assuring, since
it is an evidence that the existing company loca-tions still have
the right to exist.
I hope you enjoy reading this edition of iMAGE!Hannover,
November 2016
Valószínű, hogy ennek cikknek a címéről sokaknak Henryk
Sienkiewicz azonos címen híressé vált regénye vagy a belőle készült
számos fi lmfeldolgozás egyike jut eszébe. „Hová tar-tasz? – így
hangzik a latin mondás fordítása. Egy kérdés, mely-nek
megválaszolása a vállalat elmúlt években tapasztalt sikeres
Mialatt Magyarországon a növekedés okoz-ta
helyhiány az új csarnok felépítésével fi zikailag megoldásra
talált, a cégcsoport többi telephelyének bővítésével kapcsola-tos
elgondolások inkább még csak gyerekcipőben járnak. Egy okkal több
arra, hogy a „Quo vadis” kérdésével intenzíven fog-lalkozzunk.
Fókuszba került a kínai piacon folytatott üzleti
tevékeny-ségünk, amiről az iMAGE kiadása részletesebben is
beszámol. 2012. decemberében a helyi alapítású értékesítési
társaság a távol keleten kötött üzletei érezhetően fellendültek.
la-kosságának száma (340 millió lakos) összehasonlítva a kínaiak
Egyebekben megerősítheti a kínai értékesési társa-ságunkat is, akik
egy vevőorientált helyi gyártóüzem előnyeit kihasználva tudnak a
piacon fellépni és sokkal sikeresebben üz-leteket szerezni.
A döntéshez, hogy egy további gyártóbázist létesítsünk,
autóipari vevőink is hozzájárulnak, akik a „Local Content”
válaszolni, hiszen a felkelő nap országának igenis sok-kal több fi
Hannover, 2016. november

Tuba Aranka cégvezető, főkönyvelő és Mustó Gyula cégvezető,
termelésvezető vehették át a kamarai ünnepség keretében átadott „Az
év Vállalkozása” díjat nagyvállalati kate-góriában. Megint csak egy
megindító pil-lanat a Balatonnál.Overjoyed! – “This award exceeds
all ex-pectations!” declares a proud Patrick Müller, one of the
managing directors at nass magnet Hungária Kft. The compa-ny has
just been chosen as Company of the Year 2016 for the County
(region) of Veszprém at the annual TOP 100 event organized by the
Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the relevant authorities. “My
thanks and congratulations of course go out to all our employees,
not only here at the Veszprém premises but also at the other sites
in our Group. You deserve this prize!” says Müller.
In taking home the award, nass mag-net held its own against
industrial fi rms with signifi cantly higher revenue, such as
Continental Automotive Hungary Kft., Johnson Controls Mezőlak
Fémalkatrész Gyártó Kft. and Balluff Elektronika Kft. The accolade
honors the company (of any size) which, due to its economic
perfor-mance, made the best contribution to-wards growth, training
and employment in the Veszprém region during the pre-vious fi
nancial year. The criteria used are revenue trends, annual net
income, in-vestments made, the company’s market position,
commitment to training, corpo-rate social responsibility (CSR) and
coop-eration with regional institutions and or-ganizations.
Examples of this include nass magnet Hungária’s partnership with
the University of Pannonia in Veszprém and practice of
participation in the dual educa-tion system for vocational
training.
On Wednesday November 9, 2016, managing director Patrick Müller,
head of accounting Aranka Mazákne Tuba and production manager Gyula
Musto were presented with the prize for Company of the Year at a
ceremony hosted by the Chamber of Commerce. – Another touch-ing
moment by Lake Balaton.

gelebte soziale Verantwortung (Corporate Social Responsi-bility –
entgegennehmen. – Wieder ein bewegender Moment am Balaton.Hatalmas
az öröm! – „Ez a díj minden várakozást felülmúl!” Patrick Müller, a
nass mag-net Hungária Kft. ügyvezetője büszke a cégre. A
kollégának, nemcsak itt a Veszprémben, hanem a cégcsoport töb-bi
telephelyén dolgozó munkatársnak is.
Elekt-ronika Kft. A rendezvényen keretében olyan gazdasági
társaságok (több vállalati kate-góriában) kaphatnak elismerést,
akik az elmúlt üzleti évben kiemelkedő gazdasági tel-jesítményükkel
hozzájárultak a térség gazdasági növekedéséhez, a tanulóképzéshez,
valamint a foglalkoztatás fejlesztéséhez. A díjazás feltételei

Karsten Langers Prognose klingt optimis-tisch.
Ázsia a legnépesebb kontinens. Növekvő piacokat
ott találunk. A 46 éves hannoveri kollé-ga 2012. decembere óta a
nass magenet Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd. egyike a két ügyvezető
közül, Kína mellett a nass cso-port egész ázsiai üzletágáért

Karsten Langer’s forecast sounds op-timistic. Although he admits
that he of course cannot look to the future, he says: “The chances
on the Asian market are still enormous. Asia is the most populous
continent. There are the growing mar-kets.” The 46-year-old from
Hannover has been one of the managers of nass magnet Shanghai
Trading Co., Ltd. since Decem-ber 2012 and is responsible for the
whole business with Asia of the nass group. Image talked with
Karsten Langer about what characterizes the Asian market, the
problems and opportunities that can be found there.

in Asien.

aufgeteilter Markt mo-mentan gerade „aufgebrochen“, was die
Mengen, was natürlich recht kostspielig ist. Meine derzeitige
Akquise fällt da auf fruchtbaren Bo-den. Die japanischen Hersteller
zei-gen sich off en, Magnetspulen, Vor-steuerungen,

Gerade in Taiwan
in Ja-pan betreibe.

Samsung Galaxy. Fertigungslini-en werden hingestellt und nach zwei,
drei Jahren wieder demontiert.

Da
fehlt mir ehrlich ge-sagt der Einblick. Was aber defi nitiv Fakt

das Label „Made in Germany“. – Wie ist Ihre Meinung?Karsten Langer:
„Billig-Billig“ be-schreibt ganz andere Standorte, zu-mindest was
die Lohnentwicklung angeht. Auch die übrigen Kosten wer-
den in China steigen. Das ist ein von der chinesischen Regierung
gewoll-ter Prozess: Weg vom Billig-Image, hin zu qualitativ
Hochwertigem, zu Hightech. Inwiefern das gelingt, muss man
beobachten.

Man muss eben
Több mint húsz évvel ezelőtt a nass magnet GmbH egykori
ügyvezetőjének Preusse Úrnak volt egy különös találkozása
Sanghajban: egy kiállítás alkalmával egy kínai kon-kurensnél
egészen nyilvánvaló má-solatokat látott nass magnet termé-keiből
kiállítva, melyek ráadásul nass magnet címkét is viseltek.
Karsten
ugyanazt a termékpalet-tát kínáltuk.
Ázsiában a
feldolgozóipar felé, ahol a robbanásbiztos mágnestekercsek iránt
rendkívül megnőtt a kereslet.
Hogyan érinti ez a nass magnet Shanghai Trading üzleteit,
mi-lyen típusú termékek a legkereset-tebbek a piacon: a modulári
megrendelése-ket a vasúttechnikai iparágból kap. A termékeket a
standard megoldásokra alapozzák, de vannak a vevői
követel-ményekhez igazodó egyénre szabott változatok is. Ezen felül
a magasabb értéket képviselő alkalmazások,

mint pl. a robbanásveszélyes kör-nyezetben használt termékek
iránt is nagy a kereslet.
tekintetében ez akár egy premier is lehetne. Vevőnk, a Co-SYS cég
lenne az első, aki Cartidge termé-keket Ázsiában alkalmazza.
Tekintsünk egy kicsit a kínai pia-con túlra. Kérjük vázolja
nekünk röviden, milyen különböző igények-kel találkozhatunk
Ázsiában.Karsten Langer: Mivel mi egy klasszi-kus OEM szállító
vagyunk (OEM: Orig-inal Equipment Manufacturer – olyan alkatrészek
ve-vőink többségében a szelepgyártás valamelyik területén
mi-vel ott kevesebb a klasszikus vevőkö-rünknek megfelelő
a speciálisabb magasabb minőségi alkalmazásokat ke-res. A tajvani
székhelyű az SHL Technologies nevű vevőnknek is, akiről az idei
első iMAGE kiadásunkban már beszámoltunk, szelep mágneseket,
horgony-rendszereket mágnes tekercseket a légágyak vezérléséhez
szabványos mo-duláris rendszerű termékeinket a normál
automatizálási technikában alkal-mazzák. YPC nem is annyira a kínai
régió számára értékesít, helyette viszony-lag erősnek mondható az
export szektorban, és a vevőket a kiváló minőségű termékeinkkel
nagyon jól tudja kiszolgálni.
Indiában egy nagyon árorientált piaccal kell megküzdenünk. Ott
például Kínánál jóval kevesebb olyan cég található, akik a
szállít a kínai gyártásából.
Számomra egy egészen új üzletszerzést jelent, ami pillanatnyilag
Japánban folyik. Idáig ott még nem sikerült gyökeret verni.
Japánban található az egyik legnagyobb pneumatikai gyártócég a
világon, az SMC, akik Kínában az Air TAC
-
iiMAGEMAGE 1515
céggel és a FESTO kínai leányvállalatával kemény árcsatát
vívnak. SMC rendkí-vül agresszív és nagyon hatékonyan támadást
folytat.
Ezek a
gyártók eddig mágnestekercseket és elővezérlőket relatív kis
darabszámú megrendelésekre gyártottak, ami természetesen igen
költségigényes. A jelenlegi üzletszerzési kísérleteim ezért
termékeny talajra találnak. A japán gyártók nyitottak arra, hogy
mágnestekercseket, elővezérlőket és vezérlőszelepeket Európából
ill. Németországból szerezzenek be, mivel mi valóban olcsóbban
tudjuk kínálni, mint olyan cégek, akik helyben, kis
sorozatmennyiségben, elavult technikai és szerény automatizációs
feltételek között gyártanak. Habár az is ismeretes, hogy Európában
viszonylag magas színvonalon folyik a termelés.
A ár-ral kapcsolatos elvárás
A nagy pneumatikai gyártócégek,
szerezni.
A kibocsátás hatalmas darabszámot jelent. A FES-TO
vállalatnak utat törni a piacra. Az imént ecseteltek termé-szetesen
a beszállítókra is hatalmas nyomást gyakorolnak. A kínai közép vagy
kisebb méretű gyártócégek mindig is alacsony árszinten mozog-tak,
megpróbálják magukat úgymond a „víz felett” tartani. A standard
pneumatika teljes üzletága nagyon nehéz körülmények között
növekszik.
Hogyan néz ki a nass csoport jö-vője azokban a gazdasági
ága-zatokban, melyekben Kína éppen nagy feltűnésnek örvend: szuper
exp-resszek, erőművek, telefonhálózatok szatellit, mobilkészülékek
és most már a prémiumkategóriás személy-gépkocsik is?Karsten
Langer: Természetesen sok ágazatban jelen vagyunk, mint példá-ul

ben.
megjelent kiadásában: „Amennyiben nálunk emelkednének a bérek
kevésbé lennék versenyképe-sek, vagy bizonyos tevékenységeket át
kellene helyezni külföldre. Ezen me-chanizmus miatt, a dolgok
állása sze-rint 2018-tól az ABS Anker-rendszerek megrendelés
állományának 15 százalé-kát, 2019-től pedig 50 százalékát fog-juk
elveszíteni a kínai piacon...”Karsten Langer: Sajnos igaz. Hogy
mely költségektől függ részleteiben a döntés, nem szeretném
megítél-ni. Őszintén szólva nem igazán látok bele. Ami azonban
Kulcsszó itt a „Local Content”. Egyre keményebbek azok a vevői
elvárások, hogy hely-ben legyen a gyártás. Természetesen itt is
Egy további érvelési szempont a „Made in
Germany” jelző. Mit az Ön véle-ménye erről?Karsten Langer: A „Made
költségekkel is.
-
iiMAGEMAGE 1717
szen más gyártóhelyeket neveznék, legalábbis ami a bérek
a nass magnet glo-bális üzleti szerkezetében?Karsten Langer: Az
esélyeink az ázsiai piacon továbbra is hatalma-sak. Ázsia a
legnépesebb kontinens. Ott találhatóak a növekedési piacok. Akkor
is, ha most éppen Kína kissé megtorpant a növekedésben, a többi
ország, mint például India erősen fel-
felé törekszik, mint ahogy Malajzia, Indonézia, a Fülöp
szigetek, Vietnám és Kambodzsa is. Ezeken a helyeken még az
iparosodás jelentős hátrányát fel kell dolgozni. Ennek megfelelve
ott új piacok fejlődnek. Ázsia hatal-mas és mindig is nagy
jelentősége lesz. Minden egyes piacot külön-kü-lön fi gyelembe kell
venni, a felmerülő szükségleteket és igényeket beazo-nosítani,
melyet aztán a Kirchhe-im-csoport erejéhez lehet igazítani.
Ezek ismeretében a nass mag-net Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd
megalapítása jó döntésnek bizonyult?Karsten Langer: Mindenképpen.
2012. decemberében talán már túl késő is volt. De nyereségesek
va-gyunk. Már megvetettük ott a lábun-kat. Az, hogy az ázsiai piac
fejlődése hogyan alakul, nem láthatom előre. De vannak rá
ötleteim.
Sok sikert hozzá és köszönjük a be-szélgetést!

try, the medical industry and in railways. Owed to an enor-mous
price war in the standard pneumatics in Asia it slowly changes into
the direction of applications of higher quality, especially for
instance the railway technology and process industry where
explosionproof solenoid coils are requested.
How is this refl ected in the business of nass mag-net Shanghai
Trading, what kind of products are in demand: standards with
individual adjustments from the modular systems or new complete
solutions?Karsten Langer: We at nass magnet Shanghai have
reg-istered for quite some time a high percentage of orders from
the railway technology. The products are based on our modular
systems, have customized modifi cations, de-pending on what is
requested. Furthermore fi elds of appli-cations of high quality,
e.g. products for hazardous envi-ronments, are in demand. There are
also – still a relatively small number – of new customers who are
interested in our miniature valves „System 3–10“ and „Cartridge 13“
(C 13) for demanding applications. Regarding the C13 this would be
a true premiere. As this customer, the company Co-SYS, would be the
fi rst to use this cartridge in Asia.
Let’s look a little bit beyond the Chinese market. Please
describe the diff erent demands in Asia for us.Karsten Langer:
Since we are a classical OEM supplier and our customers are mainly
from the valve production in-dustry, countries like e.g. the
Philippines or Malaysia are not really our target because fewer
manufacturers of our classical customer’s spectrum are located
there. The most important countries are apart from China Taiwan,
Korea
and India. The market in India is still relatively new to us. We
have been successfully cooperating there for ten years with a very
active distributor, the company n-GEN Auto-mation in Pune.
The kind of products and customers’ demands are very diff erent
in each country. In former times in Taiwan and Korea, too, we had
to equip mainly the standard pneu-matics. Like in China the market
for standard pneumatics is suff ering from a strong price war so
that also in Taiwan many customers are searching niches for special
appli-cations and applications of higher quality. Our customer SHL
Technologies is located in Taiwan, about whom it was reported in
the fi rst issue of the Image magazine of this year. We deliver
solenoid valves, armature assemblies and solenoid coils for air bed
controls to this customer. We are serving such an application for
the fi rst time in this form. Especially in Taiwan and Korea, too,
there are many cus-tomers from the medical technology who produce
for in-stance medical beds, respirators and suction units.
In Korea, we deliver to the company YPC mainly prod-ucts from
our standard modular systems for the normal automation technology.
YPC does not deliver much to the Chinese region, but is strong in
the export sector that the customer can naturally procure very well
with our high-quality nass magnet products.
In India we have got a very competitive market. How-ever, e.g.
there are fewer copymakers of our products than in China. The price
war is also not the same like in China so that we are strongly
present on the sector of the standard pneumatics – here I would
like to mention the
-
iiMAGEMAGE 1919
armature assemblies for our custom-er JANATICS as example. Our
Italian competitor rather delivers there so-lenoid coils from
Chinese production.
For me personally the acquistion that I am doing in Japan is
very new. We have not yet been successful in gaining a foothold
there. In Japan the largest manufacturer of pneumatics of the
world, the company SMC is lo-cated there. SMC is fi ghting the
price war in China with AirTAC and the Chi-nese subsidiary of the
company FES-TO. SMC is extremely aggressive and very effi cient.
This price war has got aff ect on the Japanese medium-sized
companies because they lose mar-ket shares to SMC and the second
“large Japanese”, CKD. So a formerly closed, shared market is
broken up at the moment what makes the Jap-anese manufacturers
search for other markets and sources. These man-ufacturers have
produced solenoid coils and pilots themselves up to now, in fact in
relatively small quantities, what is quite expensive. My present
acquisition is falling on good soil. The Japanese manufacturers are
open to purchase solenoid coils, pilots, pi-
lot valves from Europe respectively Germany because infact we
can off er much cheaper there than the compa-nies on-site can do
with their rather old technology and modest automa-tion. Although,
as it is well known, we are producing on a relatively high-quality
level in Europe.
The expression price war has been uttered for a few times now.
What is it about?Karsten Langer: We have been in strong competition
with our prod-ucts ever since. The demand for 22 mm solenoid coils
in Asia is about 20 million pieces. The price level, howev-er, is
beneath of what we can off er so that this cannot be our target
market at all. The big manufacturers of pneu-matics, like SMC,
AirTAC, Mindman, too, or FESTO, are fi ghting this war.
It all started with AirTAC’s ag-gressive attempts to generate
mar-ket shares through low prices, and the “top dog” SMC countered
with dumping prices in order to secure his shares and to
furthermore win new market shares. SMC’s own aim is to receive over
50 % of the shares of the world market.
At the same time FESTO is strong-ly expanding in the segments
stan-dard pneumatics and production of electronics. Everybody is
talking about the new iPhone or Samsung Galaxy. Production lines
are built up and removed again after two or three years. The
produced quantity is im-mense. FESTO is expecting much from this
and has built up new prod-uct lines with a local production in Asia
with which the company is push-ing into the market.
This described scenario is of course strongly aff ecting the
areas of the suppliers. – The Chinese medi-um-sized and smaller
manufacturers have always moved on a very slow price level and try
to survive. – A very diffi cult environment is growing for the
entire fi eld of the standard pneu-matics.
What is the situation for the nass group about the business fi
elds that China is causing sensa-tion with: high-speed trains,
power plants, telephone networks, satel-lites, mobile devices and
even more cars of high-quality?
-
20 iMAGE
Karsten Langer: Naturally we are already present in many of
these fi elds, like in high-speed trains. Particularly for
demanding applications customers rely on nass magnet because we do
not only off er a reasonable quality, but also the qualifi cation
of the products, the service, the traceability and the support that
a customer is looking for for a demanding project.
That is a pro for the competition of nass magnet in Asia. Klaus
Kirchheim says in an interview with the Image magazine from October
of this year: „... If the wages rise, we are either less
competitive or must relocate the corre-sponding activities to a
foreign country. The way things stand at the moment, we will have
lost 15 percent as of 2018 and 50 percent as of 2019 of the order
volume of the ABS armature systems to the Chinese competition
because of this mechanism...“Karsten Langer: Unfortunately that’s
right. I do not want to evaluate on which costs this decision is
based in detail. To be honest, I do not have any insight. But defi
nitely, a big customer is pressing us in this area and is removing
volume. Keyword „Local Content“. There are increasing requests from
customers to pro-duce on-site. Of course the main thing is about
the costs. But of course there
are logistical advantages, like for the customs, for the import,
the tax and most of all the availability. But I do not know the
exact motivation of said cus-tomer. But yes, it is true: The
compet-itors do not “sleep”, and they are get-ting “better”. Even
if this sounds like a commonplace truth, we must think of what we
can do to counteract.
But a good argument for the competition of the nass group on the
Asian market is that there is a very high automation level of the
„System 8“, for instance, and conse-quently the production costs
are low. Another aspect is the label „Made in Germany“. – What is
your opinion?Karsten Langer: „Made in Germa-ny“, if we really do
like this, is cer-tainly an argument. But for example the customer
who is now shifting the ABS-armature systems cannot be caught
anymore. For him only the calculation “between thumb and in-dex fi
nger” is of interest. If a few cent can be saved with regard to
many million parts, this may be economical for this customer. But
we should wait and see if it works well or not.
Indeed our production has not worked out poorly with our
calculation caused by our high automation level over many years,
compared to compet-itive Chinese products. But the trans-portation
costs, customs and of course the overhead have to be added...
... But this is also applicable in the other direction. If a
Chinese manufacturer sells to Europe, these costs arise,
too.Karsten Langer: For this reason I would not call China a low
cost place for re-imports to Hannover. “Cheap-cheap” describes
totally diff erent plac-es, at least as far as the development of
wages concerns. Also the other cost

will increase in China. This process is wanted by the Chinese
government: Away from the cheap image, towards high quality, to
high-tech. How far this is successful, should be observed. The
government defi nitely wants to boost the domestic consumption, set
high-er margins and quality demands, get away from the often quoted
cheap “workbench for the world”.
If one wants to do sustainable business, the view to blockades
and obstacles that must be over-come, does not make one happy, too.
– Keywords: partner, projects, chanc-es. Where do you classify the
Asian
market in the global business of the nass group?Karsten Langer:
The chances on the Asian market are still enormous. Asia is the
most populous continent. The growing markets are there. Even if it
is a bit more diffi cult for China at the moment because of the
halted growth, other countries like India are coming, also
Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam or
Cambodia. There is much addi-tional requirement in the fi eld of
the industrialization. Correspondingly new markets are arising
there. Asia is hugh and will always have a high importance. Every
market should be

valued separately and the demands be identifi ed that fi t in
the strength of our Kirchheim group.
On this background, has the foundation of the nass magnet
Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd.already turned out to be the right
decision?Karsten Langer: Yes, for sure. May-be we were a little
late in December 2012. But we are profi table. We have our “foot in
the door”. Of course I cannot foresee how the Asian market will
develop. But we are having ideas.
Good luck, and many thanks for the interview!

Az 1980-as évek kezdetén vették fontolóra először azt a kérdést,
hogyan tudná a nass magnet a feltörekvő ázsiai, de különösképpen a
kínai piacot termékekkel kiszolgálni. Ez idő tájban nem voltak még
tapasz-talataink a kereskedés, a men-talitás, megbízhatóság,

a velük való üzletelés tekinte-tében. A fejlődő ázsiai

Asien beacht-lich an. Der Name nass magnet erlangte Ruf und
Ansehen, besonders auf-grund der ausgezeichneten Qualität der
Produkte.
Representative Of-fi ce in Shanghai geschlossen.
chinesischen Markt – als Chairman of the Board of Directors Karsten
Klecker egyéni vállalkozóként Auszt-riában megalapította a
komponenseivel, ill. a rob-banásbiztos alkatrészekkel történő
tevékenységek is egyre inkább növe-kedésnek indulnak. Helmut
piac.
Körülbelül a 2000-ig főleg pozitív tendenciájú fejlődést
mutatott az üz-leti tevékenység. Helmut Kleckerrel

A javaslat
egyre gyakoribbak lettek. Így a nass magnet GmbH ne-vében 2000.
január 13-án egy kép-viseleti irodát nyitottak Sanghajban. Luguo
Zhongot nevezték ki az iroda menedzserének. Az intézkedés egy
kiváló döntésnek bizonyult, annyira hogy a Solenoid Systems céget
Hel-mut Klecker 2003-ban bezárta és a tevékenységet egyedül a
sanghaji képviseleti irodán ill. a hozzá csatla-kozott imporőrön
keresztül végezte. A követő években jelentősen meg-nőtt az
értékesítési potenciál az ázsi-ai piacon. A nass magnet lassan
hír-névre és tekintélyre tett szert, amit különösen a termékek
kiváló minő-ségének volt köszönhető. 2002-ben érkezett a nass
magnet GmbH-hoz Karsten Langer értékesítési mérnök, azzal a céllal,
tudjuk a szállítási hatá-ridőket, 2012. december 12-én
meg-alapították a nass magnet Shanghai Trading Company Ltd-t, a
A feladatuk továbbra is a hatalmas
kínai piac lehetőségeinek kiaknázása és értékesítési tanácsokkal
történő ellátása, mellyel további meg-rendeléseket és általa
bevételt lehet generálni.
Start into Another WorldIn August 1990 Helmut Klecker as
freelancer founded the company Solenoid Systems in Austria. Via
this company the sales of valves and solenoid coils from the
modular systems “System 8”, “System 13” and “Explosion Protec-tion”
to the Asian market began. The market developed only slowly within
the fi rst years. But nonetheless we felt in the course of time
that by the global-ization and the opening between East and West
the business was increasing. Helmut Klecker’s acquisitions quickly
showed the chances that the Asian mar-ket, above all China, off
ered.
Till around the year 2000 the business grew positively. nass
magnet thought together with Helmut Klecker about founding a
representative offi ce in Shanghai. This made sense because the
acquisition in China had to be done on-site and Helmut Klecker’s
travel activities increased enormously. So the Representative Offi
ce in Shanghai was offi cially opened on 13th January 2000 in the
name of nass magnet GmbH. Luguo Zhong was employed as manag-er of
the offi ce. This turned out to be an excellent decision so that
Mr. Kleck-er closed the company Solenoid Systems in 2003, and the
activities were only carried out through the representative offi ce
and an incorporated importer.
In the following years the sales potential in Asia grew
considerably. The name nass magnet got good reputation,
particularly because of the excellent quality of the products. In
April 2002 Karsten Langer came to nass magnet GmbH as sales
engineer to support the Asian market.
In addition to China also in India the demands for our products
were rising. So in 2006 an offi cial dealer was established in Pune
under the name n-GEN Automation, the representative of which is
Nilesh Narvekar. In 2007 Helmut Klecker gave the entire sales
responsibility for Asia to Karsten Langer who very quickly
familiarized himself with it and established excellent contacts to
relevant customers.
In order to react more fl exibly and more quickly and to reduce
the times of delivery on-site, on 12th December 2012 the nass
magnet Shanghai Trading Company, Ltd. was founded and the
Representative Offi ce in Shanghai closed.
Today the responsible persons – mainly for the Chinese market –
are Karsten Langer as chairman of the board of directors, Luguo
Zhong as general man-ager and director as well as the employees
Peng Fei Zhong (Luguo Zhong’s son) and Ms. Lu as offi ce clerk. The
task is to go on doing acquisition on the hugh Chinese market and
to give sales advice in order to generate orders and sales.

Ezek mind
olyan mérföldkövek, melyeket a Holding Kirchheim GmbH + Co KG 90

elvén felépülő „System” termékcsalád piaci bevezetését a 1960-as

legmeghatározóbb eseményét: a hannoveri székhelyű Wilhelm Nass GmbH

Changes and the ability to master them are motivating
forces not only in private families, but also in family-owned
companies. They are milestones, as a look into the over 90-year-old
history of the Holding Kirchheim GmbH + Co KG shows. In the second
Image magazine of this year we were reporting about the founding
fathers Wilhelm Friedrich Heinrich Nass in Hannover and August
Hofmann in Stuttgart who in 1925 created the basis of the today’s
group of companies. We looked back to the beginnings of the
manufacture of electromagnetic products in the com-pany in the
1930s, the introduction of the modular systems to the market in the
1960s and sketched a cutting event in the history of the company:
the takeover of the Wilhelm Nass KG in Hannover by the Kirchheim KG
in Stuttgart, which began in September 1974 and ended on 1st
January 1978 with the foun dation of Nass Magnet GmbH. – Read here
how it continued – about the milestones 4 to 7.

Meilenstein 4
Bilderbuchstart mit „System“Am Tag nach Neujahr, am Montag, dem
2. Januar 1978, übernimmt die Stuttgarter Hofmann + Kirchheim GmbH
& Co. KG als Holding sämtli-che Geschäftsaktivitäten der
Wilhelm Nass GmbH & Co. KG. Neugegründet wird die Nass Mag net
GmbH.

optimalen Ankerdurchmesser mitbringt, in vollem Gange.

Geschäftsführer Preusse, in Nordamerika an ebendiesen Kom-ponenten,
obwohl die Industrie sie verlange. „... da können wir punkten!“
lau-tet sein optimistisches Fazit.
