3. PPP FRAMEWORK
PPP Model Management Contract
Concessions a. Land, Building and infrastructure on “as-is-where-is basis” shall be provided by the Board. b. Concessionaire shall procure plant and machinery and equipments to meet the project objectives of setting up 300 bed hospital. c. Concessionaire shall operate and manage the hospital. d. Private Player shall form Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for execution of project. e. Concession Period shall be 3 years, renewable upto 5 years. f. Concessionaire shall: Reserve 20 % of total capacity of IPD and 20% of total capacity of OPD for BPL patients and employees of the NMC to be treated free/concessional rates (as per guidelines framed by The Board) from time to time. h. Shall be free to charge other patients at CGHS / Govt Approved rates after informing NMC in this regard.

Confirming Party Preferred Bidder
Concession period Three (03) years renewable up to five (05) years.
Land, Building, fixed and movable assets as handover by the NMC to the concessionaire be transferred to NMC after the end of concession period.
4. REVENUE POTENTIAL
The hospital will have various revenue earning options. Selected bidder shall prepare a business
model and submit to the Board for approval. Some of these could be:
Primary Services (medical in nature): Rentals and fees from IPD patients
To ensure that the project is being developed and run in accordance with the Concession Agreement between NMC & Concessionaire, a Governing Council shall be constituted by the NMC to administer the functioning of the Hospital.
6. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF WORK
Objective To provide healthcare services at Nashik Municipal Corporation Area, by equipping, financing, running and maintenance of a Hospital on Public Private Partnership (PPP) Mode.

Proposed Facilities 300 beds New JDC Bytco Hospital, Nashik Road complying norms laid under Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)/ Indian Public Health Standards (IPHS) / NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) besides applicable Guidelines/Policies of State and Central Government. The hospital should have following fully equipped departments/wings: OPD IPD Cardiology Nephrology Urosurgery Cardiothoracic Surgery Pediatric Surgery Gastroenterology Endocrinology IVF Center General Surgery Medicine Orthopedic Gynecology Pediatric Ophthalmic Dental ENT Dermatology, Psychiatry Physiotherapy Emergency/ICU Urology Dialysis & Day Care DOT centre and designated microscopy centre X Ray/CT Scan/MRI Scan/ Sonography /Diagnostic/
Pathology The above list is indicative and the Concessionaire shall however be free to add / delete services with the approval of the Board.

bed New Bytco Hospital equipped with CT Scan, MRI Scan for Public Private Partnership.
Proposals are invited for Operation; Maintenance and Management of 300 bed
new Bytco Hospital appropriate for medical college or post graduate institute. You are
requested to see details of hospital building plan etc. on the website of Nashik Municipal
Corporation www.nashikcorporation.com. You can also contact Public Health
Department, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan or Nashik Road PWD Office if you desire to visit the
