What will services look like?

Executive Directors

Organize and facilitate monthly round table meetings

Collaborate with testing/accountability to offer instructionally driven data discussions

Conduct regular school/classroom level visits

First contact for overarching curriculum issues/concerns

Conduct monitoring visits to monitor implementation of the Instructional Model

Educational Specialists Content specific support Maintain curriculum maps and

related resource documents Regular classroom visits (at least

2 per school per month) Address instructional needs with

research based strategies

Roll Out Plan

The team would like to schedule a time to meet your staff so they know who we are and what we

do!

Time Line

August 6-16 – Entire team (10 ed specialists and coaches) will visit schools to meet principal and tour

building – discuss individual needs

August 23rd – PD Day - The educational specialist and

coaches will be meeting with teachers by content area/grade level to share maps and set the

stage for implementation

Entire school year – at least two visits per school per

month. No direct feedback to staff – all feedback directed to principals – form on flash

drive

Shared Responsibility and Buy-inAugust 1 – Teacher Leaders are due to Executive Directors and Terence Pittman (ELA, Math, SS, Science, EC, Resource, Media, Guidance) - $1000 stipend

August 23rd –Educational Specialists and Coaches meet with Teacher Leaders 1-3

At least 4 district wide meetings – August, November, February, and May

At least 6 school level meetings – September, October, December, January, March, and April

Teacher leaders take information back to your school staff to ensure content specific information is shared in a timely fashion and EVERYONE has input

In our roundtable we will walk you through the curriculum maps that have been developed and posted.

We will discuss the common assessment guideline that we will follow with these maps and how the data from this process should drive instruction.

We will walk through the process for continuous development and feedback on these documents.
