It has been quite the day here on SMP, and we are ending it with quite the wedding. One that has officially left us speechless, and one that had us picking our jaws off the floor on more than one occasion. A wedding filled to the brim with detail after gorgeous detail, a pronovias auriga we are all drooling over and breathtaking images from What Shanni Saw - this wedding will most definitely end this day on the prettiest of notes. From Shanni of What Shanni Saw… Jake and Brooke married on a private estate in Napa, and their day exuded a class and elegance that is rarely rivaled. They centered the day around amazing cuisine, drinks and entertainment (including their great dane that wandered the property throughout the event!). Brooke meticulously executed every detail of the big day, and she made special effort to honor relatives and traditions that both Jake and Brooke’s family cherish.

They had furniture brought in for custom seated areas, mail stations to drop a postcard to be delivered on their extended honeymoon, custom cards made to signify the donations they made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Jake’s recently passed brother, a fire pit constructed for a s’mores station… the list goes on. There was not a single detail that Brooke overlooked to ensure that her guests all partook of a night that was unforgettable.

A particularly memorable moment was when Jake’s father presented him with a wine bottle he had been storing for his special day since he was a child, marked “For Jake’s Wedding pronovias avenida.” There was not a dry eye in the house when Jake lifted and carried his mother from her wheelchair for a mother-son dance.
