• Market rate rents for an older market rate 1 bedroom $840 ‐ $1615 – rents for a newer 1 bedroom $1,550 ‐ $2376
• Affordable rent for a 1 bedroom would be $766 ‐ $1,222 including utilities for a single low income person
• New construction cost varies depending on number of units, types and sizes of units, land costs, and development fees. Two current project construction cost only estimates $198,571 and $238,072per unit
