Dear all, You are aware that the Govt.of A.P has extended lot of benefits and concessions for the welfare of ESM of our state.

Govt has recently sanctioned an Ex-gratia of Rs.2 lakh to the NOK of victims of illicit liquor in MYLAVARAM mandal of Krishna Dist. Govt is also giving an Ex-gratia of Rs. 1.5 lakh to the NOK of cotton farmers and weavers who commit suicide.

The Govt of A.P gives an Ex-gratia of Rs.1 lakh only to the NOK of Martyred Soldiers. This lesser amount of Ex-gratia to martyred soldiers is UNJUST and undermines the supreme sacrifice made by the soldier. This directorate is planning to take up a case with the govt. to hike the Ex-gratia being given to the Martyred soldiers.

You are there fore requested to obtain some REPRESENTATIONS from the ESM associations of your dist. and forward to this Directorate.

An early action is requested please.
