Launch Party Home Party On-the-Go Party

Your Launch Party marks the “grand opening” of your business. This is your opportunity to announce your business and gain new customers and future hostesses. As your own Hostess, you will earn the comissions from the sales as well as the Hostess Rewards. In order to achieve the most from the Quick Start Program, you should schedule your Launch party within 10 days of joining the company.

With a Home Party, your Hostess will provide the location, invite guests, and perhaps supply simple refreshments. Then you will share the products and business opportunity, interest others in hosting a party, and show everyone all of the benefits of being an Affiliate.

An On-the-Go Party is the perfect alternative for busy guests and hostesses. Simply provide your Hostess with a display of product samples, order forms, and all the information they’ll need, to share with as many people as possible. After about 10 days, collect the product samples and completed order forms from the hostess and enter the orders into your Virtual Office. The hostess will receive the same hostess rewards as with any other party type.

Open House Party Online Party Outside/Individual Orders

For an Open House, your hostess will invite guests to drop by at their convenience during a 2-3 hour window. You don’t need to give a big presentation. Instead, mix and mingle with your guests as they try the products at their leisure.

An Online Party is a great way to connect with new customers and future hostesses using a social media platform. Create an event on social media, schedule a date and time, and invite your guests. Post frequently about products, hostess rewards and the business opportunity. Collect the orders and enter them into your Virtual Office. The hostess will receive the same hostess rewards as with any other party type.

You always have the opportunity to connect with customers individually and collect their orders. Stay engaged with your customers by offering them a consistent opportunity to buy new products or order refills of products that they may have previously purchased. Enter these orders one at a time or collect them and turn them in as a party order and receive hostess rewards. It’s up to you!

PV stands for Personal Volume. During any month it is the total of your personal comissionable sales. The commissionable value of an item is equal to its retail price.

All Affiliates and Beauty Club members may be eligible to receive a personal volume bonus on the group volume (GV) of all personal commissionable orders placed within the commissionable period. The amount of the bonus will be based on the Affiliates personal volume(PV) for the commissionable period, according to the following:

* Note: Beauty Club Members with a minimum of $500PV within the commission period will earn a 5% Personal Volume Bonus. However, the 10% level may only be earned by Affiliates of rank Affiliate Level 1 and higher.

Verified Affiliates are your Frontline Affiliates who sell 500 PV or more in a month

Your group includes you, your personal Beauty Club members, and every Affiliate and Ambassador in your downline. Your Group Volume is the total commissionable volume for your group.

Your Affiliate Volume includes you and every Affiliate in your downline who is not an Ambassador or in the downline of another Ambassador.

* If no one in your downline is an Ambassador, then your Group Volume and Affiliate Volume are the same. * GV and AV only become different when someone in your downline promotes to Ambassador.

Activity Requirements

There is no minimum sales requirement to maintain an active status as a Beauty Club member, Affiliate, or Ambassador. However, any Affiliate or Ambassador with a downline must have at least 500 PV in one month within each quarter to keep her downline. If she fails to have at least 500 PV in at least one month per quarter, her downline will roll up to her sponsor at the end of the quarter. The quarters for eligibility are Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, and Oct-Dec.

Commissions

Who pays me?Commissions are deposited into your ProPay account weekly and monthly.Base commissions are paid weekly (20% for Affiliates and 25% for Ambassadors). Bonuses are paid monthly

What should I expect? The Company will create a ProPay account for you. Your pay card will come in mail in approximately 2 weeks.

When do I get paid? Weekly every Wednesday for your personal sales, and monthly bonuses on or before the 10th of the month.

Where do I get paid? Your ProPay account where you can transfer to your personal checking account or spend directly from your BeCause pay card.
