the damage is already done.
The researchers recognise the importance of drinking fruit juices when it
comes to nutrition.
As such, they suggest that kids should consume fresh fruit juices as these are seen as the healthier
option.
Also experts recommend that a straw should be
used when drinking these
refreshments, so as to minimise the exposure of teeth to acids.
