About Me:
UI/UX Portfolio
With a background in stakeholder-centered product development,
my current academic pursuits involve a specialization in Human
Systems Integration that includes coursework and research in Human
Factors, Cognitive Engineering and UX Research. Personally, I
thoroughly enjoy a user-centered iterative design process and am
enthusiastic about the what, why and how of the design of products,
systems, services, interfaces and human experiences.

Integration Application | UX Design | (Aug - Dec 2013)A planning
tool for household chores and beyond. The application identies
errand cycles for homes and helps in planning & management. For
instance, the app detects utility bills and allows to plan their
payment automatically. Or it allows to order o groceries to the
nearest grocery delivery service like Amazon based on planned
recipe needs. All this leaves the user, a working mother with an
infant child, with more time to spend with her lovely kid!

Industrial Noise Exposure Assessment Application | UX Design | (Aug
- Dec 2014)Assessment and management of noise exposure in
industrial settings. Two versions of the application were designed,
one for the supervisor and the second for the workers. Smartphones
carried by workers measure the noise and iBeacons track worker
locations. Users start the clocking of noise exposure as they begin
work. Exposure, location and other statistical data is relayed to
the supervisor who can then choose management options.
