NAP for Nepal

1. Is it right time for us to start developing NAP for Nepal?

2. Is Nepal ready for the developing NAP for addressing mid and long term adaptation issues and mainstreaming it in the national planning process?

3. What should be the coordination mechanism for developing NAP?
