My trip to Poland, by Doriane Źarki Wieliczka Two Polish gentlemen Cracow The school Hello, I would like to tell you about my trip to Poland in October. We stayed for 5 days. It was a fun experience. We stayed with a host family in their house. I was in a small village near Źarki . They were very nice and attentive. The host family was two parents and one boy called Adrian who was eighteen. We went to school with the Polish students every day. The school was a fairly old building. In Poland, we visited Krakow, Źarki, the saltmine of Wieliczka of with all the teachers and students of all six countries. With my Polish student Adrian, I visited Czestochowa, we went to a lake near Źarki . During this fabulous experience, I learnt that Polish boys are real "gentlemen". They open doors for you, they pay for food, drink, things for you. We had a present from our Polish partners. In the evening, we went to play bowling and we visited some towns around Źarki . There was just a problem : time. We hadn't enough time to visit a lot of things and places. This week was very interesting and enriching. I could meet a lot of students from Poland, Spain, Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania and learn about their countries. I could share with other students. What's more, during this trip, I discovered students who are in my school. If we had not gone to Poland, we would not have met and talked. « I could meet a lot of students »
