• My school is on 2, Moira Street, Kolkata.

• Moira Street is situated in Central Kolkata, which is the commercial centre of Kolkata. Apart form commercial establishments, various places of cultural importance are situated in the schoolneighbourhood.Some important places in the area are:-

– ISKCON Temple

– Priyamvada Birla Eye Hospital

– Sushila Birla High School for Girls

– Belle Vue Clinic

– Minto Park

– Victoria Square

– Federal Bank

• ISKCON Temple is near Moira Street.

• ISKCON stands for International Society for Krishna Consciousness.

• It is a very beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Krishna.

• Federal Bank Limited is a major Indian Commercial Bank in private sector.

• It has its headquarters in Kerala.

• The Bank operates in retail and commercial segments.

• We can open deposit accounts and keep our money secure in the Bank.

• Bank also lend us money for business and also for personal uses such as buying home or car.

• Victoria Square is a very beautiful public park.

• It is maintained by Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

• It has a nice jogging track and people come here for jogging and morning walk.

• It also has small pond which adds to the beauty of the park.

• This is one of the famous hospitals in Kolkata.

• It provides treatment for all major diseases with specialists in almost every department of medical science.

• It has ICU, ICCU, blood bank, pathology and pharmacy.

• It also provides health check up facilities.

• I thank my teachers and my parents for guiding me to complete the project.
