Self Assessment – Questionnaire 1. In what way(s) do you think you could

have improved the delivery of your speech?

I think I should have slowed down a little bit more and learnt more words. I also should have spoke more clearly and louder.

2. After watching everyone’s speech, what were some things that stood out in your mind?

I should have put more emotion in my speech. I should also have put action into my speech.

3. How did you prepare for the speech?I practiced as much as I could at home even though I had GECKO

math and didn’t publish in time, I tried my best. I also surveyed 140 people in my speech to get my information.

Self Assessment - Questionnaire

4. What were two things that you think were ‘fantastic’ about your speech?

The two things I think were ‘fantastic’ are the writing and the effort that I put in. The second reason is I put in as much as I could with my detail.

5. How do you feel about giving speeches?

I felt a little nervous at first but then I got used to it and didn’t feel that I was going to mess up that much. The next time I give speeches I should relax and calm down when I am talking.
