MY SPACE CUPCAKES Joshua McGill – Class 7
Ingredients
For the cakes 100g Butter 100g caster sugar 2 large eggs 100g self- raising
flour 1 level tsp baking
powder
For the icing 225g sifted icing
sugar 2-3 tbsp warm
water Sweets to decorate
Making cake mixture
First we set the oven to 180 c and placed the cake cases in the tray.
Next I measured the ingredients and put them in a bowl and mixed for 3 minutes
After that I divided the mixture into the cases
The icing
Next the cakes went in the oven for 15-20 minutes
After they cooled we made the icing by putting food colouring,225g sifted icing sugar and 3tbsp warm water and mixed.
Decoration
Finally we decorated with silver balls, coloured dots, silver spray.
