Good design inspirates people to think.Hello. I am Kata. I belive that every object has an

effect on us. This effect can be positive or negative. There is no between. Next question is why. Why is the

effect positive or negative? Go deep and search for the answer. This is what I always start the design

with. Everything is based on the effects and the emotions coming from them. Effect can come from the vision, the sound, the smell, the touch or the idea, the function, the usability of an ob-ject. These are emotions coming from the ef-fects, which can be used in the designing pro-cess. Objects make people feel in a very different

way, by the effect, and these feelings are every single person’s own.When a person designs some-

thing, he/she tries to put these emotions into the object designed by him/her, consciously or not. This

is the way that an object becomes unique, the design-er’s own. This is why I search for my emotions and the reasons of the emotions, connecting to an object of any kind. This is the way I can get to know myself completely and it is the most important thing. Being aware of my-

self, I can control myself, know my skills,my emotions for objects, know what i want, and this is when

I can start thinking about the good design.

The basic emblem is about putting together the Kála-virág sign and the kála-logo. In some cases the logo can be used on alone, when the logo’s surrounded by the sign or the web adress.

You can see the packing variations above, the bag and the car graphic as well. I used the same colours as in the logo, with different opacities.

In the basic emblem the ballpoint pen refers to the hungarian invention, this is important because the Ico is the oldest stationery company in Hungary. We can recognize the name of ico in the ballpoint pen logo, this is why the logo can be used on alone. The name of the company can be placed next to the logo or in some cases the web adress can be used under the logo.
