The Biggest Challengegives the best rewards…

Page 2: My month project/ Deliberate life project

Quick facts

about being a

vegetarianFor all concerned adults

as this chart shows i’m

getting a healthy doze of

protein and carbs with

minimum amount of

lipids.

Page 3: My month project/ Deliberate life project

Pros and Cons of being a

vegetarianPros: If you don’t eat a lot of sweets and

carbs, you can eat how much you want as

most of meals have few calories

You know what you're eating and you know

for sure you're eating healthy

If you want to lose weight or preserve your

weight this is one of the best methods to do so

Cons: If you are not creative with what you eat

, you fall into a routine which makes this a bad

experiment

It’s hard to think of what you're going to eat

every day

You will most likely eat salads most of the time

Personal views

Was i becoming like

him? Absolutely not.

I guess being a

vegetarian didn't help

me find peace within.

Did my character

change? I dont think so

Page 5: My month project/ Deliberate life project

What changed

Page 6: My month project/ Deliberate life project

My body weight certainly changed i was 93 kg and

that wouldn’t change with even when i work out from

time to time.

I am now 86kg and hoping to lose more without being

a vegetarian

I have more knowledge of what i eat and i’m more

conscious of what i choose to take.
