HOW IT ALL GOT STARTED

My grandmother was a seamstress.

She made straw hats and sewed all her children’s clothing.

I enjoyed watching her sew using her peddle machine.

I wanted to be just like her.

REASONS WHY I LOVE TO SEWIt is relaxing

I get to be creative and share my creativity with others.

I save money making things myself .

I love making from what I have sewn.

I love seeing things come together

I AM STILL LEARNINGWhenever I set my mind to do

something, I want to do it to the best of my ability.

I am still on the journey to become a seamstress. I am still perfecting my
